Came here for a quick bite was pretty indecisive but the cashier had the patients of a saint she rang me up and i seen there was was a different option i was gonna change but she let me know my options and i she was so on point i ended up sticking to what i had but i definitely wanted to say thankyou i even went to the bathroom and she offered to watch my food i was so delighted because i didn't want to take my food in there .all in all it was.a great experience (didnt get the cashier name but she was a short dark skinned young lady with a slight accent i just want to give her, her flowers she was great)

I work for the city of New York and come here during the overnight shift for my lunch.The workers here have been professional everytime I come. However, when they are short staff, they close the main entrance and ask pedestrians to approach the drive-through window. When I specified how it is a dangerous situation, I was told that management specifically instructed that the main door be locked in order for this kind of dangerous situation to occurr. I was extremely uncomfortable this last time, but I had already placed a pick-up order and had no idea that someones bumper would be at my calves as I picked up my food. Please fix this.

There are always homeless people stealing soda from the vending machines or people losing money inside the place, that looks very bad, the bathrooms need more cleaning.
