Ordered online at fordham Road by accident, was told to cancel online order but couldn’t at all. I’ve called this spot plenty of times but they didn’t pick up. They’re a completely different franchise from queens , disappointed with how this franchise handles their online orders.

On [1/2/25], while ordering food at the Wingstop located on Fordham Road in the Bronx, an employee who identified herself as Antionette made a disturbing statement indicating that she could spit in my food and wipe the wings on the floor and that! would not know after placing my order. Later that evening, after consuming the food, I became suddenly ill and experienced vomiting and diarrhea at the same time. Because of the earlier statement made by the employee, l am extremely concerned and fearful that my food may have been tampered with, although I cannot confirm this. The incident caused me significant distress and concern for my health and safety to anybody ordering food from this location please be careful ( hence this is all because I asked for a bigger container for my food)

Cashier tonight was very sweet. There were 2 men and another woman in the back doing an amazing job! Lady tossing the wings did an amazing job. Everything was fresh and came out quick! I didn’t get the manager’s name but they did an amazing job!

By far the worst wing stop to order from I've waited 45 mins for my order there were only two people one cooking and one taking orders I even ordered online hoping that it wouldn't take as long and I still waited 45 minutes inside the store

Just left Wingstop on 305 East Fordham Rd. the people are so nice genuine. My kids was running around the place and they were so respectful and patience they seen. I was having a hard time. The staff in there are really really great. The establishment was clean and the food was excellent.
