I stopped by this Wingstop location last night, and honestly, I wish I had just gone hungry. What I experienced here was one of the most unpleasant and disappointing food outings I’ve had in a long time.
Staff and Service: When I walked in, there was nobody at the front to take orders — not a single employee in sight. From the back, I could hear loud voices, people laughing and yelling, completely ignoring the front counter. I stood there waiting with no acknowledgment for a good 15 minutes before someone finally bothered to come up. Not a hello, not an apology — just a rushed, careless attitude.
Time Wasted: After placing the order, I had to wait another 25 minutes for my food. No updates, no sense of urgency. The staff didn’t seem to care one bit about getting orders out or about the people waiting.
Hygiene and Appearance: The inside of the store looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. The floor was sticky, the tables were dirty, and the whole place had a greasy, unkept feel to it. I was genuinely questioning whether my food was being prepared in a sanitary environment.
The Food – If You Can Call It That: Once I got home and opened the bag, I couldn’t believe what I was looking at. The fries were a soggy, oily mess, completely unappetizing. The wings were even worse — they were so overcooked and dried out, it felt like I was biting into fried rubber. It’s clear that they just pre-cook batches of wings and then drown them in sauce when someone places an order. There was zero freshness, and the texture was awful. After two bites, I had to stop — now I’m sitting here with a stomach ache, regretting every second of that meal.
Final Thoughts: I only went here because it was close by and I was starving — but I’ll never make that mistake again. The poor service, filthy environment, and disgusting food all added up to a terrible experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. This place has no business serving food in its current state.
Avoid this location at all costs. You’re better off grabbing a bag of chips from a corner store than eating here.

I ordered my food a hour before arriving to this location. When I arrived my food was not ready after an hour, not only that they mixed my food up with someone else. I had to wait a extra 10mins for my food. Im on my lunch break and now my linch time is over. I asked for a ranch sauce & the worker begins to tell me I have to pay. He said yes, After the inconvenience of my time being wasted I couldn’t get a ranch sauce ?? That’s ridiculous especially due me being a loyal customer at this specific location. They always take long in general. A huge inconvenience.

So a large fries fits in a small apparently, the manager abubakar what ever the name was very hostile on me saying how a large fries i paid for. Talking about the weight, clearly it fit in a regular fries size. Instead of arguing with me about that just do my order. A little more fries that clearly makes it a large won’t affect your paycheck.

The food is alright, but the prices continue to inflate drastically.
This location Wing stop sucks the wings they rush them they come out super OILYYYYYYYY they have more oil than flavor literally!!! It sucks everytime i order buffalo boneless they barely put any sauce its literally DRY and other diff flavors like put the right amount it’s not coming out your check to be that greedy

I had to wait 30mins but that was ok due to the place being packed. I had a seat good music was playing so I was fine.
First and last i order from wingstop. The fries were so burn i had to throw all of them in the garbage. The boneless wings were uncooked. What a waste of money….????????????

I was here at 11:00 and they weren't open. They told me 10 minutes. All of the sudden they open 1 hour later. They should fix their schedule and I don't recommend this spot.
