Today’s experience was amazing. Cool vibes, dope music ; and the energy from the stafff was super welcoming.From the greeting as soon as an any customer walked in to a perfected bagged order. Thank you so much. You never know what kind of day someone is having and great service like this one goes a long way. Been a frequent order through uberEATS , decided to walkin and left very much satisfied. Absolutely disgusting. The food smelled terrible the moment I opened the bag, like it had been sitting out way too long. The wings were completely undercooked — borderline raw — and clearly not safe to eat. On top of that, they didn’t even get the order right. How hard is it to follow a simple ticket? This wasn’t just a bad experience — it was unacceptable. Never ordering from this Wingstop again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless you enjoy wasting your money and risking your health.

This was my first time at this Wingstop location. First of all, it was only two young men there, Jay and Jonathan. Both were working hard cooking, maintaining a clean environment and providing excellent service. It’s so rare to find nice customer service in the bronx & they both had a smile on their face & positive attitude despite all the different tasks they were maintaining. Both of the gentlemen made me and my friends night with just a positive attitude and good conversation.They both deserve a raise.
