Waited 57 minutes for 10 wings. No manager at location to file a complaint. I was on my 1hour break and blew it waiting on 10 wings.. unreal!!

The food is always dry, and it is incredibly slow. Twice already my delivery drivers have waited upwards of 15 minutes, and this is after an hour of waiting for my order. They refuse to answer calls and immediately hang up. Do not order from here.

The worst business. Ordered my food and never got it. People were waiting for 3 hours for their order.39 people waiting in such a small place. Employees are incompetent and do speak English. They don’t answer the phone to cancel order. Do not come here.
WORSE SERVICE EVER. They take their sweet time with no apologies. They said "If you can't wait, cancel your order!" Still waiting an hour AFTER the order is supposed to be ready. And this dude right here needs to be trained in customer service.

The food is amazing and cooked to perfection but if you want to wait all day for your food and have the level of no urgency then come here. They take there sweet time it is like pulling teeth to place and order but other than that it isn’t bad at all.

So I decided to try out Wingstop for the first time and I got to say it didn’t taste good unfortunately. The fries was super dry and the veggies sticks didn’t taste like real vegetables the chicken sandwich which is called the hot honey rub was ok the Cajun chicken sandwich was awful

Order uber eats, a chicken sandwich combo and got everything but the chicken sandwich. Also ordered wings, and got the flavor of wings the chicken sandwich was supposed to be when i did not order that. Fries were cold.
