I tried to order on the phone; asked what was In the mixed vegetables and they said “oh you don’t know what you want call later” then hung up. I’m asking what vegetables you use for the mixed veggies since it doesn’t say it in the menu very politely. I understand if they are busy; but you can be respectful; I tried to call again and told her I know what I want but I need to know what comes inside so I know what to take out; guess what, she hung up again.One time they burned my food and had me take it back. Another time they gave me the wrong order and still had me pay full price! But I don't like problems so I said okay. They act as if they are paying for your food and you should just shut up and take whatever’s been given then demand a tip; Like that’s not how this works. Disgusting customer service, no emotions, just blatantly rude.

A little establishment but their food and service were better than the other local stores. The waiting time was not too long and the staff were professional. This chinese take out used to be good but I recently ordered my food and the fork that fell on their dirty floor was placed inside my bag like I wasn't in front of them. Also, when I ordered my food for delivery there were times that they delivered the wrong food. I will not go back there again until they have new staff.

I was pleasantly surprised by my food at this unpretentious hole in the wall takeout in which I did not expect such quality at such a reasonable price. I ordered spare ribs and tofu Hunan style, both were delicious.
