They OVERCHARGE since there’s no place close to buy food and drinks. Food isn’t the quality it used to be or worth the outrageous prices they charge.

It's a good spot especially if you got out of train/work stressed out basically that was an ideal place for many in the neighborhood. Gary the owner or previous was awesome hope to see him there some day. There were a few to many local trouble makers at times as any other place security at a must and much needed. I experienced a few too many events and met my love partner there already 2+ yrs. I always thought and think a new décor & a bit of lighting in certain areas is needed and recommended,

Their breakfast burrito was really good. Great coffee and the sticky bun was very very good! The employees were very friendly.

This is a cute European style cafe that serves a complete breakfast and lunch menu along with gourmet coffee and tea. There is almost always a line, but it moves quickly. Also, everything can be ordered takeout ahead of time. If you are in a rush or want to take breakfast to the river or a square, this is a great option.

Goose Feathers seemed like a good spot for breakfast before we started Woodlawn Cafe. Short line to order and then you find a seat, which was easy enough. Had some quiches which were solid. The bread pudding was good, in spite of the orange marmalade on top, which I wasn’t a fan off. The staff is friendly as well.

We stopped here several times for breakfast and the food was excellent. We bypassed breakfast at the hotel (free) and kept going to Woodlawn Cafe. Even the oatmeal is well done! It is usually very busy but the line moves quickly. Visit this one for sure.....

We stumbled upon this place and wound up having breakfast there each morning of our trip! The prices are great, food is amazing, and service is excellent! I would highly recommend you try it!

Great cafe with friendly people. They have everything if you are hungry. Excellent food, quick service and smiling faces.Woodlawn Cafe, you wait in line, walk in, order at the counter, and sit where you like. I got the daily special called “the forsyth” which was a croissant stuffed with cage free eggs, cheese, onions, and peppers. We went there three times on our Jerome Ave. We enjoyed our meal.

This order-at-the-counter breakfast place was perfect for a quick bite on our way out of town. It was pretty busy around 10am and had sold out of a lot of the pastries so go early if you want something specific! Sausage croissant sandwich and cornbread waffles were both delicious!

Scratch made pastry, oatmeal to die for (and I am not a huge fan ?) and terrific coffee! Morning Glory muffin not to be missed... went back the next morning for a repeat! This will be our forever breakfast stop in Woodlawn Cafe!
