Before Xinglong was one of the best restaurant that I always love to eat from. But now I have made a decision not to eat there anymore because of poor customers satisfaction. I don't feel good with the way the workers there approaches their customers. They don't have a good manners.

The lady that ans the phone is very rude she hung up the phone on me while I was ordering and they don't come upstairs I told her I have a new born baby can't leave him alone she hung up again.

This is one of the chinese restaurant in my neighborhood. I always go here when I am to lazy to cook. Their service is professional and their delivery service. I enjoy the meals.

Hello. I've ordered from this location on numerous occasions whilst visiting family in Bronx, NY. Phone records and receipt from delivery says as much. Anyway, today their employee hung up on me after inquiring about an order. She said and I quote, "We don't deliver". Hmm. Something isn't right, since this place is known for delivery! The somewhat older man usually rides a bike and I've seen him multiple times. But I digress. The woman muted the phone before hanging up. Tried to call back to explain how I've ordered multiple times in the past. Guess what, all calls were ignored. Talk about quality customer service. I'll be sure to spread the word regarding their poor conduct - won't ever order from here again. Much friendlier places in the Bronx...
