We've been coming here for years since before they expanded. The food is the best sushi around. Service is great and prices are too. The only thing is that they don't have a party room. But it's our go-to spot for a long time and after all this time it's still great

This is our favorite neighborhood Japanese spot, and one of our favorite restaurants in Throgs Neck. We have been ordering from here for 10+ years and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. We have never had a bad experience. It’s easy to order directly off their site. The deliverymen are prompt and friendly. Ordered pickup and was surprised how they managed to make takeout hibachi as good as it is when you sit in the restaurant!! The shrimp and steak were seasoned well and we received generous portions of everything :) definitely want to try in person next time!

there was a bug in my food and after i called and asked for a refund they kept putting it off and saying they would come tomorrow to drop off my refund or they would send me another plate of food . i found that bug by chance in my food , it was in the chicken. why would i want more food from there , i just wanted a refund . i will never order from here ever again and my work place has been a loyal customer to them and they aren't doing anything to try to get me my refund asap.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called after the restaurant messed up my order and the Manager YoYo was very rude, and extremely condescending. After waiting over an hour for my order to come, they messed it up and were reluctant to rectify the mistake they did on their end I had to wait another hour for my missing item to arrive.

I placed an order to go..... of course, because these people didn't get the email that Covid is over and you can do indoor dining!!!!!!! Wth??? It took 25 mins to make 2 spicy rolls. And when I got it, looked like a 5 yr old made it. Never again This is the set up at the esta

Food is good but they take way to long to deliver. Especially when I live less than a mile away. Not good. I suggest you order on the phone and just pick up. Its easier

Not from the neighborhood, but just left the medical center and needed food and drink before heading home, I was fasting all day for bloodwork. The acrylic service station right up against the door deterred me from staying. The message was obvious "no indoor patrons", from the sight of it. I was looking for a quiet, solo sit-down dinner. These are moments I appreciate. For a split second, I wondered whether or not to order, but despite the service woman that arrived quickly, with the best smile she could muster, I didn't feel welcomed. So I walked out. It appears to be take-away only. I could understand why, but COVID and the political climate has changed things that even going out to dinner feels overbearing. It's sad. Just got on the bus, I'll eat when I get home. (T_T)

I've ordered from here for YEARS!!! but lately they've been dropping the ball. Longer wait times and increased prices. Today I made an online order and was told that they will not honor the lunch special I was allowed to choose online because it's a holiday. The lady only offered to upcharge me for a dinner platter and was very rude about it. I will not be returning here and I will let my friends and neighbors know not to give this establishment any business.!!!

Excellent service, very attentive and quick to accommodate. We all started with seafood dumpling soup, seafood soup and miso soup, which were all deliciously fresh and flavorful. The sushi was also fresh, nicely seasoned and so enjoyable!! We cannot wait to return.
