Very nice atmosphere, enjoyable space! Food is well prepared & enough variety for a night out. Prices aren't very expensive but it all depends on the drinks and how hungry you are! Live entertainment a plus, just enough of a change of pace from most places. Think I'll stop by again!!

My family and I celebrated my Dad's 70th birthday there on a Friday night. It was spectacular, honestly it was an amazing time! There was live music scheduled for 9:30p we arrived at 9pm but the band started around 10p. Let's start though on the food. The apps were chicharrón and garlic yukka fries! Amazing especially the chicharrón, delicious small pieces not fatty plentiful and cooked perfectly. Nothing was left! I had the surf and turf. The steak was DELICIOUS and the lobster was great! The chicken was AAAAMAZING! I'll definitely try it for myself next time. The other dishes were the red snapper with shrimp fried rice, shrimp pasta and burger but I didn't try them. All I know is everyone enjoyed their meals with sangria as well. It's a lively place so you could say it was “loud” but loud with music, laughter and a great crowd! MY Dad said out loud the it was his best birthday ever!! So do yourself a favor!

First off, the tables are way too close to each other and not to mention, the tables are small, like bartop tables, which inly holds drinks. The prices here are ridiculous but I guess that's the price you pay for gentrified Dominican food. We ordered empanadas which were basically cut in half and tasted okay. The oil tasted more than anything. We ordered shrimp and tostones which was $32 for 5 jumbo shrimp In a bland butter sauce and a handful of tostones. I regretted going to this spot because the food is bland, expensive and lacks flavor and creativity. The service was lacking as well, barely came to check on us. Really just wanted to eat quickly and get this terrible dining experience over with. It was just a chore trying to balance the food on the table in addition to feeling like you were intruding on ghe other table's personal space.

We stopped for an early light lunch after voting at the Riverdale Y. The menu was tempting, we had a delicious Pulpo al Ajillo (flambe) and a Crispy Calamary. Nice and attentive service. Very nice decoration, a well appointed bar with a dinning area and a separate dinning area. Bathrooms with Branch & Vine soap and hand lotion (!). Parking on the street and at the shopping area with Citibank & Key Food’s parking lot across the street on Riverdale Ave. See photos of both areas and the bill to see the prices. We have to come back for a proper dinner!

Pretty good. The atmosphere is what people go for. Food is good scepter their chimichurri is not chimichurri. It's a mushroom soy based sauce with more of an umami flavor. The waitress was good at pointing it out.

The atmosphere was cool, the restaurant is well decorated. It was very crowded and loud, which is a good sign, but if you want an intimate date night it might be hard to have a conversation. The food was okay, it was tasty but not something extraordinary. Overall happy with the experience.
