DO NOT ORDER FROM ZAROS! I placed an order through Uber Eats and Uber now allows stores to adjust the price if there are any special requests made. I did not make any special requests and they charged me an additional $3 for no absolute reason. They basically stole $3 and the worse thing is Uber allows it. They tell you to reach out to the store to get it resolved. So I tried to call and of course the extension provided doesn’t even work. Do not give your business to these thieves.

I love a good bagel and the bagels here are bomb, the texture is sooo good, I got one toasted with cream cheese and the shmear did not disappoint, and neither did the soft crunch of the bagel, the coffee here is not my fav, but the bagels and the customer service is top tier! The staff is so kind I wish they’d accept tips on their rotating screen thing but they don’t, I just hope they’re well compensated! :)

I ordered from home, at 10am, on a Monday, expecting freshly made baked goods and sandwiches. Not only were the egg and cheese sandwiches taste dull, but also felt dry and crumbly. Their scone was unbuttered and also dry. The worst had to be their chocolate rugelach. Not only was the chocolate stale, it was tasteless as if they forgot to add any sweetener! It was completely dry, to the point where the chocolate had a chalky texture and feel. Paying 40 dollars, I expect freshly baked goods, especially on a Monday morning, but I guess they only understand premade. Never order from here again, buying your own ingredients and making your own food is a better use of your money. The ctown is right across the street.

My neighbor brought me a couple of Is bagels, At this time I can Only Comment on The Bagle, I just Had.! It was the Best NY Bagle Out There, As far as I'm concerned..You can't find Better, Bagels Anywhere.! I will update more on ZARO's Later.!

Every single time I come in here, I wait over 20 minutes simply trying to place a order and the workers pretend like you’re not there even if you say Goodmorning or excuse me, they don’t care for in person sales they only care for their online order sales it’s actually so sad that I lived in the area for years but everytime I come into this specific zaros on Parkchester it’s actually disappointing to walk out empty handed after waiting over 20 minutes

I was in there just now, place my order for pasties, however the most unsanitary and disgusting thing happened. The man serving as both cashier and server started sneezing without covering his blasted mouth. I told him he needs to cover his mouth but he didn’t so I left. Can’t say I will shop there again. I will not recommend this branch of Zaro. 😡

I love this little cafe!! The employees are all delightful, it’s always clean, very small! But the service is always excellent! I always feel comfortable here! But definitely the prices are expensive! That’s the only downside.
The items sold here are not fresh, overly sweet and taste funny.

I recently visited a bakery that I found to be quite nice. The establishment had just the right amount of sweets that I needed for the day. While I can't quite recall the name of the gentleman who assisted me, I must say that his customer service was exceptional. He was very accommodating and had a pleasant demeanor that made my experience at the bakery even more enjoyable.
