As someone who has lived in Chongqing for several years, these noodles are delicious, but doesn’t quite have that Chongqing flavor, although it’s really close to it. I gave them 4 stars simply because the noodles are a bit pricey. $20 for a bowl of beef noodles is a bit too much.
None of the workers wash their hands regularly.

Right around the corner from me, visited one on Roosevelt Island a year before, but this one is better. The staff are attentive yet brief, and do not rush you. They also have a smaller menu than most, so they always get your dish right. I would like to dine-in on my next visit, it is a cute hidden date night spot.
