Went to celebrate my husband’s birthday and he loved it! I had been here before but this was his first time. The service was great, the ambiance, the decor and they had a live band playing tipico. We had a great time.

Been here before and have enjoyed myself previously, but this time was different. I made a reservation through their website. They reached out to me today to confirm. When I get to the restaurant I was told that since it was special event (no mention of that on website or confirmation) that It didn't matter that I had a reservation for dinner, there was a $41 cover charge per person AND we had to be dressed in white. I said thank you and walked away. Folks you need to coordinate and communicate better. Being short sighted your success will be short lived

I honestly would not recommend this establishment. Me and my husband drove two hours to this location just for them to deny us service because there was an event with a $40 cover charge per individual that we were not aware of upon making our reservations. This was extremely unprofessional and a waste of my time.

Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. The meat tasted past its prime, and the tostones were so overcooked they were difficult to eat. Service was inattentive, with long stretches where no one checked on our table, despite the restaurant not being busy. I felt too bad letting the food go to waste, so I packed it to give to a homeless person I know. Waiting 45 minutes for the check was the final frustration. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the potential for a much better dining experience is there.

Zona de Cuba atmosphere is great. The staff is energetic, friendly and are on time with serving your food and drinks. They bring water without asking. The place is beautiful. You can take photos inside, outside and all sides. Me and family and friend ms really enjoyed ourselves. I will be back. Next time make sure the band shows up.

Service at the bar based on who you knew because I was ignored and people came after me and were attended to. I have to speak up and let them know.I was sitting there the whole time. And you go and serve some that just walks up...these drunk kids invading my space literally on top of me at bar...I think manager was sitting having some business discussion with a colleague and he totally ignored that I wasn't being served...empanadas are trash oily...drinks and ambiance is the only thing going for this place right now...and maybe the dj

A wonderful and magical environment!!! Our attendant Bryan was so amazing and charming. He was consistent and mindful of everything we needed and asked for. Will definitely be back and cheers to the live band. Everyone was amazing!
