Really playing Bachata when the place is Zona de Cuba? What happened to the Cuban music. Not one tune was Cuban. Food was overpriced but tasty. Too loud the overhead music. Alot has changed with this eatery including the menu.

I happened to be in the area and decided to check out this restaurant based on some positive reviews I’d heard. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. After my party was seated, we waited over 30 minutes without being acknowledged by any staff (Not to mention, the restaurant was fairly empty). Eventually, we had to ask a busser if someone could assist us. When our waitress finally arrived, she informed us that we wouldn’t be able to order food until 5pm because the kitchen had just closed. Despite this, we decided to stay and wait.
At one point, we tried to move our seats because the sun was glaring in my family’s faces. When the waitress approached, she spoke to us in a rude manner, waving her hands and telling us not to change seats without notifying her first. We explained that we’d already been waiting over half an hour and didn’t want to wait again just to be moved. She responded by claiming we had only been there for two minutes, which was obviously inaccurate.
For a restaurant that presents itself as a high-quality establishment, this level of service is unacceptable—especially with automatic gratuity and a $5 per person charge just for background music. Beyond the service issues, the food also fell short. We found several pieces of fat in the meat, which made the experience even more disappointing.
This is one of the best restaurant .. The organization , customer services , music, environment , attention … The food was so delicious , drinks are good, the waiter (Eduardo) was very profeesuinal ,so friendly, 100% services , he was the best …they served the food so fast .. Beautiful decoration, Nice Dj.. I loved zona De Cuba.. I will go back again …
