Good service, and AMAZING bagels, they came quick even though place was packed, and the portions were definitely big for their price, the quality of the ingredients is also evident as it tasted AMAZING. Stayed at Eastchester area with my dad and brother, came the first time to this shop out of curiosity, had to eat the bagel in the car as it was SO GOOD, then we came back 3 more times , tried philly cheesesteaks, the BLT and a couple more flavours, they were ALL amazing, i 1000% recommend this place and will be bringing people here

If you are just passing through this place is overwhelming. Boards are really hard to read and service is rushed. We almost left but glad we didn't.
We went simple because there's no time to look at the menu which is a shame.
Saying that the food is fresh and tasty. It's only take out so if you are eating on the go it would be useful if they cut through the whole bagel instead we had to pull it apart.
Nice place but small and very chaotic.

Stopped serving breakfast before they even closed at 1 pm. What kind of bagel place stops serving breakfast? Not like they’re open late.
Bagels didn’t look that fresh and had tons of bagels leftover when closing an hour before so unsure how popular this place is.
Very small place and the food looks like it’s all delivered from other places. Also looks like it used to be part of the salon and didn’t even bother to cover up the old sign that much.
Very tight parking lot also so be weary

The staff often seem unfriendly and give attitude, especially after breakfast hours—it feels like they don’t want customers around. On top of that, some employees speak negatively about customers in Spanish, assuming no one can understand them. It’s disappointing and unprofessional.

This place deserves some recognition. It has amazing service, you walk in, and the guys greet you by name when you become a regular. The coffee is amazing, I don't buy coffee anywhere else, but here and the bagels to dye for, love love, love this place, food is amazing, and everything is great. There's nothing bad to say about this place at all, I recommend it, there is sometimes a great big line, but that's just how great everything is !!
