Honestly a very good spot. Food was great, costumer service was good, and area is pretty relaxing. What can ruin the spot is probably the people’s mood in the specific day you choose to go, but other than that, great spot to relax and enjoy a meal, whether with family or even by yourself.

The food is standard diner food but the service is consistently terrible. We have to keep trying to get the attention of the waiters to take our order, bring our check etc. the worst service we have come across. It’s a shame because it’s a cute diner.

I would go back due to the delicious food great menu with excellent service from the waiter. Although when I first walked in, lady at the front desk didn’t acknowledge me for a minute with a greeting or a hello.

The food was fine, but overpriced for what you get in terms of quality and quantity. The lemon poppyseed pancakes relied quite heavily on the whipped cream for any flavor. The egg sandwich is comically light on eggs. The jalapeño omelet was decent, in that it was spicy, but also on the lighter side egg-wise.

The food, service, atmosphere and area was awesome
The blonde female manager, fake Sabrina carpenter, had the audacity to laugh when I was talking like learn your manners! I’m a Muslim and they forced me to eat pork by giving it to me twice they burnt my bread and tried to hide it. Overall I suggest don’t come unless you want horrible service. Also they still made us pay and tried bribing me with free dessert. The manager was very dismissive and made the problem seem like it was our fault, when it was her kitchen. I recommend going to mount kisco diner!!

I’ve been coming to this diner for six years and never had a problem until now. This time, it was really upsetting.
I ordered an omelette with turkey bacon and vegetables. I said clearly that I don’t eat pork for religious reasons. The first one they brought had regular pork bacon in it, so I sent it back. The second time, they put turkey bacon on top, but when I cut into it, there was still pork bacon inside.
Also, the rye toast they gave me was burnt. They put the burnt slice on the bottom and the good slice on top like they wanted to hide it.
When we asked to talk to the manager, a blonde woman, she didn’t take it seriously. She said any changes should be told to a manager first, but no one told us that and the waiter never called a manager when we ordered.
The waiter was nice the whole time. But the kitchen made mistakes and the manager was rude. They tried to give me a free dessert, but I declined, because that didn’t make up for serving me food that goes against my religious rules—twice.
If this was a serious allergy instead of religion, it could have been very dangerous or even life threatening. This kind of mistake should never happen.
The food is usually pretty good, but I’m giving zero stars because of how careless they were. After being a regular for so long, it’s sad to see how much they have changed. If you have any special food needs, be careful here.
