My fiancé has been a regular customer here and usually enjoys the drinks. However, I just tried their matcha latte today and was very disappointed. The drink had almost no matcha flavor and was extremely diluted—it tasted like mostly milk and ice. The color also seemed off, which confirmed my concern. Even after requesting it to be remade, the result was the same. At $7, it felt more like paying for milk and ice rather than a true matcha beverage. If this is how it’s prepared, it shouldn’t be marketed as matcha, feels a bit scammy as we all know matcha is pricey.

This is my favorite coffee shop in Westchester. Everything on the menu is fantastic - especially their matcha. The staff is fantastic as well! Shoutout to Vinny, Patty, Lexi & Sam for always being so lovely!!!

loved the atmosphere and the baristas were great. but my matcha was terrible. very milky and flavorless. i'm willing to splurge on a high quality matcha, but this was not it.

Espresso is the best 😍

We went there thinking it was going to be good, but the drinks were tasteless and we were told to make the drinks our self. Would never go there again.

Good coffee. 2 out of 3 muffins were stale. Great patio.

An absolute HUGE coffee lover here… and a quite picky one. Coffee Labs is by far the best coffee in Westchester (both location are amazing with two different vibes but coffee is consistently great in both). It’s true coffee, the beans are great and for people who like cute drinks that are everything but coffee they also have plenty of choice. The pasties are insanely good and High quality.
And what makes coffee lab stand out so far above other places is genuinely high quality products and PEOPLE. The staff is top notch and it’s consistent for years ..: there is no rotating door or miserable crew… each one is an individual, each one is great and they stay around (says a lot about ownership and the business). Huge shoutout to Patricia and her crew ..: I have never seen person this dedicated to the craft and company.
