Coffee was great this morning. Staff is awesome!

This Coffee Labs location makes me and my partners day at LEAST 2x a week. We look forward to not only a delicious cup of tea/coffee but the incredible service. As a tea drinker there are a plethora of choices from chia, to herbal both iced&hot and even my personal favorite London Fog! A team of dedicated and passionate staff at coffee labs. Hot drinks at perfect temp. They go the extra mile to ensure consistency and building community over rushed turnover. WE LOVE YOU FRIENDS @ COFFEE LABS, SEE YOU SOON! ❤️

Been coming here since they opened and it’s consistently great. The coffee is excellent, drinks are made quickly, and the staff is always friendly and remembers you and your order. Lauren is always so personable and efficient and makes every visit a good one. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to the Tarrytown location for years and have been coming to this one since it opened, and it’s hands down the best. Coffee Labs has amazing coffee and an even better staff. Everyone is so kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes the time to get to know you and remember your order.

Drinks are made super quickly but always with care and consistency. Huge shout out to Lauren, who is an incredible person and barista. She’s efficient, friendly, and always makes the experience better with great conversation. This place never misses. Quality is great and worth the price you pay.

Good coffee, mostly medium and dark roasts available. Baristas are nice and the shop itself is cute. Lots of people bring dogs (obviously) so keep that in mind.

Love this place! Even as a non-coffee drinker, they have a ton of options — full-leaf teas, 2 types of chai, matcha, seasonal drinks like cider and hot chocolate. Pastries are so good (the scones!) and the baristas are always so helpful and kind. Plus the atmosphere is cozy and clean, and the bathroom being in an old vault is a fun touch.

We really love this coffee shop and have been regulars for the last couple of years, to the point where a few of the baristas knew our standing order (love them). The lattes are excellent but the service recently is very, very spotty. It didn’t used to be this way, but in the past few months we’ve had experiences of both a) waiting over 30 minutes for drinks after ordering and b) having to leave because the line to order was too long. We basically don’t come here anymore on weekends between the hours of 8 and 11am. We hope they can make some changes to get things back on track.

A great spot, delicious coffee. Their mocha is the best around, I find myself craving it quite frequently 😂. Very nice employees, and the latte art is amazing, always fun to see.

Coffee is decent. Service needs work, here’s why. I ordered a latte. Im one of two customers in the cafe. I sit down with a book. Both baristas chat casually with the other customer for a good fifteen minutes. When the other customer leaves, and only when they leave, the barista calls my attention with some passive aggression: “Didn’t you order a latte? I called you before. It’s been ready this whole time.” Well sir, you’re evidently capable of getting my attention. All you had to do is speak up sooner…

Everyone was friendly & nice and my drink was nice, however, the seating area as well as the floor was really, really, really messy. I mean, I understand that coffee shops can get busy, but come on…I felt a bit embarrassed because I invited my friend to join me here for coffee and conversation. She said it was okay, but I was very disappointed and again, embarrassed. We had to not only clean out table off, but the chairs and bench too. The floor around our table and other tables looked as if someone had a food fight. Love their coffee, drinks and friendliness, but cleanliness is very important to me. I'm hoping this was an off day, idk.
