Great old school atmosphere. Super friendly, hard-working local staff. The time you don’t see too much these days anymore. Food is always consistent. The drinks are great, dark cozy, comfortable, and a great spot to take a Yankee game from the wine selection to the beer on top the nachos the adult grilled cheese, not to mention a great buffalo chicken wrap an A+ French onion soup. Just all around great comfort food in a place where everybody knows your name.

4.5/5 classic “town” spot with no frills bar and pretty good food all around. Small outdoor area. Definitely, a town favorite with some live music on the weekends (check before going)

We visited Pete's Park Place Tavern yesterday with friends and had a great time! The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed—perfect for catching up. I ordered the Hot Coffee Burger, and it was absolutely delicious! The coffee-crusted patty had a rich, bold flavor, perfectly balanced by the melted mozzarella, jalapeños, and Pete's sauce. It’s definitely a unique and tasty combo—I’d come back just for that! Looking forward to our next visit.

I had the Pete’s Burger with Bacon and it was absolutely delicious. Juicy beef patty, melted Swiss cheese, sautéed mushrooms, and perfectly crispy bacon — all on a fresh toasted bun. The flavors were spot on, and everything was cooked just right.
The fries were hot, crispy, and generously served. The dipping sauce on the side added a tasty extra touch.
On top of that, the service was excellent — friendly, fast, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. You can tell they care about both the food and the customer experience.
Ordered take out at the bar and was given a hard time by the bartender. Then was told I had to wait outside in 30 degree weather while the bar was empty. Cancelled my order, left and will not be back. My wife and I used to enjoy lunch dates there but it’s not worth the drive to Bronxville to be treated poorly. If they don’t want to do take out they should put up a sign in the restaurant and on their website.

The owner was so rude, I asked in the front if I can bring my dog ( which is only 2 months old) and they allowed me to. After they had me seated he came and told me to leave the dog at home. He was rude and unprofessional, we got up and left.
