This location closes at 9:00 pm. After a nice dinner my mom and I decided to walk and get a hot cup of coffee, arrived at 8:45 pm only to find the register closed for any cash sales, all the machines closed for orders, no hot beverages available, only prefilled cold brewed coffee cups. The baristas were annoyed we walked in and try to ruin their plans to close shop early. Welp, we had no choice but leave with no coffee. Then they wonder why Starbucks is loosing business?invest in your people! Train them better, adjust your closing schedule if they don’t want to work. Unacceptable

If you want to see how Starbucks has declined, plan a visit here. Slooow service, no eye contact, a total lack of customer service. Staff just into talking amongst themselves and singing along to the loud music, all the whilst oblivious to the fact that the floor was filthy and customers are waiting to be served. Truly horrendous.

I was so excited for this breakfast. So I wolk up and drove their with my electric scooter and when it is time to pay I forgot my green light card. And I walked out and cried because I had lots of tests that week and this was the only thing to cheer me up. But then one of the workers came out and gave me my whole 11 dollar order. and it made me feel so good. That person should get a big raise because he really cares.

The drink was okay and the guy at the desk (the one with a neck tattoo) was super cute and polite and understood my accent, you should tell him to message me on insta xx @saradavidssonn also the place was super clean but I couldn't find any place outside where to tie my dog as I go in, or can dogs join as i go order my drink?
