The drink was okay and the guy at the desk (the one with a neck tattoo) was super cute and polite and understood my accent, you should tell him to message me on insta xx @saradavidssonn also the place was super clean but I couldn't find any place outside where to tie my dog as I go in, or can dogs join as i go order my drink?

The best Starbucks anywhere ! The service is phenomenal .
Got a breakfast sandwich and tea from this location for the first time ever and was amazed of how terrible the service kind of was. Our server wasn't so bad but the co workers were horrible. No smiles from anyone working here. You're lucky if they even try to help you. What a miserable crew. I'm shocked that in Bronxville this is tolerated. The sandwich itself was very bland not anything like what I have had from other Starbucks. Not sure if it was stale or just not reheated right. Would not recommend this place at all. Go to Slave or Park Place instead.
Terrible experience with the night crew - the associate at the bar was super slow with only one person online. Waited 10 min to place the order and tried to get the manager’s attention in the back of the store - her name is China ‘she came after few minutes took my order with an attitude’ didn’t ask for my name for the lemonade I ordered . She was too busy cleaning the store in shorts ‘around 7:55pm completely ignoring the speed of customer service. She was very rude and confrontational and not uniform professional. The bar associate didn’t have the name on my lemonade and didn’t know whose drink that was until I said it was mine . Extremely disappointed with the service and won’t return again

I’m a resident from Tuckahoe and I usually walk over to the Starbucks down the road from me. Today I decided to go to the one in Bronxville. The cashier was not cordial at all. While I was waiting for my order for a while so I asked the guy that was making them if he had my drink he gave an attitude and I didn’t say anything. I got my drink and I asked for sugar he asked me (rudely) how many you want? I paused and looked at him straight in the eyes telling how many and he proceeded to asked with an attitude, if I was ok . Seriously this place needs to take some classes from The Tuckahoe branch they are cordial, always smiling and with an inviting attitude.. Bronxville Starbucks has a RUDE STAFF ALL THE WAY!

3/23/24 approx 2pmCashier (young man was friendly), yet no welcome in nor name…Barista - not at all. Unprofessional disposition, body language, eyes rolling, seemed extremely bothered when I politely shared the specifics of my drink (light ice / light foam).The result = drink was off entirely and just wanted to get out of there. Felt better outside in the pouring rain then inside the shop.Retrain asap.When a team is terrific I will post as well.

Ordered a coffee off Uber eats with cinnamon powder on it. Didn’t expect a coffee with an inch coating of cinnamon that I had to scoop out myself. No matter how much I took off it was still way too much, not sure if their shaker is broken or something but I don’t know who would of made that coffee and packaged it up thinking it would be appetizing.
