Skip the almond milk latte.. worst latte ever tasted!! Nice cashiers though. But the drink was terrible. They don’t have any vegan baked goods either.

Had a horrible experience. Someone I know came in days prior to order a cake. Took order down and left. Came back a few days later to pick up my cake, surprise there was no cake. The lady taking down their order apparently forgot to give the baker their order. Left without cake and a no refund yet. Horrible

Why do people give this bakery good reviews? Ordered a donut and coffee both were terrible. Donut tasted old, made with low grade Ingredients. One bite and I was done. Coffee was awful, tasted like it was sitting in the pot all day. Please don't sell dated baked goods. Clean the coffee makers or buy a better quality coffee. It's frustrating that a popular town like Bronxville lacks a quality bakery. I should know better I've been there before some time ago, the experience was similar. I keep hoping it will improve. Think I give up this time.

Fairly overpriced, but I guess that's to be expected in Bronxville, and their products are just decent, nothing great.

Have enjoyed every thing I've gotten from them, especially the jelly donuts! The strawberry shortcake was a hit with my family as well.

Grandparents Revolt! I brought my 2.5 year old grandson here for donuts (they have bright colored sprinkles appealing to little people) and me for dinner bread, a savory and coffee. After eating donuts he wanted a little milk. I asked as the owner was as few feet away, the lady brought out a cup and a gallon of milk. I said just a little for he just needs to wash down the donut, she put in an inch worth and I sit down. She then says, I am ready to ring you up and charges me $1.50. I asked how much for a full cup she said $1.50. I looked at the owner who looked away. I did not buy the bread. I walked down to Lange's deli and got a sandwich and told the owner about the milk... he was aghast! Stating, I'll give that boy a whole cup of milk no charge! Of course we did not need it then (wife and I came back the next day and had a delicious rueben). We kept walking and went to OVDER so I could have a coffee. Without a word the lady there handed grandson a free cookie. So, Topps you made $1.50 from me but have cost yourself much more (probably $20 in bread for dinner as starters). I am a fair reviewer but two stars is the best I've got for other than what is mentioned above... the donuts were below that with dunkin. My grandson said they were dry. Go figure.

I purchased $49.00 worth of large cookies. I have been a customer since 1998.These cookies were hockey pucks.Awful! Awful!Ask if product was baked fresh the day of purchase.Kevin

This bakery should be a 4 star, but service was poor.Stopped in for the first time in search of some sweet treats. I ordered several cake slices, a few cupcakes, apple turnovers and black and white mini cakes. The black and white cakes were amazing, like a black and white cookie, with a moist cake hiding underneath. The individual cake slices were really enjoyable with moist cake and not overly sweet icing. Just perfect. Loved the turnover and cookie too. Service was the worst part of this experience. It was Mother's Day. The one teen that served me was on her phone and seemed annoyed that we were picking out various items, and she had to pause her call. She packed everything while she was on phone, and cupcakes were smooshed in box. When we opened box, all icing was stuck to top of it. You can't put cupcakes in a pie box! She should know that!Other than that, treats were delicious. The other workers seemed very nice and professional. I'll wait next time to be served by one of them.

Inconsistent hours. They are not always open when they say they are open. the door is wide open and I walked in to purchase one item. I am told they are closed. I mentioned the sign says close at 6pm. It wasn’t 6pm yet. They repeated to tell me they are closed. Very frustrating.False advertisement.

Picked up a cake for my mom's birthday. Talk about fresh and delicious! The chocolate butter cream did not disappoint. Always delicious. We enjoyed the mocha cake my sister bought so much, that my son and I went back and ordered one for his birthday! Absolutely amazing.

For years I've heard rave reviews on this bakery. I'm never really over near Bronxville but today I was searching for carrot cake. I heard that the topps carrot cake was pretty great. Off I went. I grabbed some jelly donuts, black and white cookies, s carrot cake and I noticed these slices of lemon buttercream cake. I'm here today to tell the world that 1. This is a great bakery. 2. That's lemon buttercream cake was DEVINE! I take my lemon treats very seriously and this is one not to miss. Great job! Also, service was attentive and charming by two young women behind the counter. For the life of me can not understand the 3.5 stars here on Yelp'!!!

Called to ask a simple question and was rushed off the phone because they had a line. I understand and am ok with that.... but the extremely sarcastic thank youuuu (that I often give to people) was uncalled for.
