I give this place 3.5 stars. Their pricing and tipping policy is confusing but I expected that based on reviews. They made me pay and tip before going to food. Odd, but I went with it. No one was super friendly, but they weren't rude either. We really tried to be self sufficient and not need to interact much. It is expensive imo but the food/drink credit makes up for it. The room seemed a bit tight for my party. No utensils or plates came with the food but we made do with napkins. We enjoyed the food. The room was clean. We didn't like their karaoke program so used the YouTube app. We tried one song on the karaoke program and it wasn't the real music. Got turned off from it. I read reviews, so I wasnt surprised by anything and was determined to have a good time unless something really crazy was going on. I really went because it was the only place I knew of that allows under 21.

The best Karaoke in Brooklyn! Service is good and also the food. Price is reasonable especially between 2 to 9 pm for the small room. Definitely will visit again!

This place is fraudulent they charged me 20% in tip and disguised other fees as service fees. Mind you the service was terrible the staff was rude and gave me a drink with alcohol when I asked for tea. I felt unwelcome and are being investigated by the Federal Business Bureau for being scammers. WORST PLACE

Please be careful with this store as they charge double tips. At checkout, the front desk automatically added a 20% tip, but the server told us that the tip hadn't been included yet and asked us to leave a tip on the table. We took a look at the bill and found that the tip had already been charged. The server then explained that the tip on the bill goes to the front desk, while the tip left on the table is for the server. This kind of unclear practice is unacceptable. They should clearly state, like other places do, who receives the tip from the bill, and if service is satisfactory, additional tips can be given. But I cannot accept this forced tipping practice!

Good food, alright but strong enough drinks. Pretty great selection if you speak Chinese or Japanese. Shockingly tiny selection of English songs. English speakers will probably enjoy a yt karaoke setup more

I'll say this their chicken wings are fire and crispy. That being said, I can't believe my party of 9 got put in a tiny room that has a smaller TV and harder couch than my gf apt, for $130+ please go somewhere else.

Food was expensive. we ordered 2 orders of chicken wingetts and it was $29. Drinks were the average price. The room to rent was a decent price, but there wasn't much space. we had to slide around to let each other pass.
