Amazing food and service, uber did a mistake and 12 chairs went out of their way to help and deliver. 10/10 for food and people

I was incredibly excited for shakshuka! The food was really delicious and had an abundance with the additional sides. The water glasses were really small and the volume of the music was way too loud for a breakfast meal. The staff was friendly but a little more aloof than most places.

Probably the best Israeli restaurant outside of Israel! The food at 12 Chairs is incredible, the atmosphere feels truly authentic, and the whole experience was perfect. Huge shoutout to Adir for the amazing service, so friendly and attentive. Can’t wait to come back!

Food is delicious, but the space it way too tight, it’s almost impossible not to touch someone at the next table. Service is mediocre

Nice interior, very tasty food, fast service but unfortunately the staff was just „doing the work that has to be done“. No warm welcome or at least a smile, nothing.

The club music at breakfast time is way too loud, which the staff certainly likes, but can't understand that it bothers the guests when they have to shout at each other to communicate.

All in all I don't understand the hype about that restaurant. The location in Manhattan is probably more ‚hygge‘.

Partly recommended.
