We ordered 4 ice creams yesterday with at least 20 toppings between them. At least 15 toppings we paid for were missing. It’s not the first time it’s happened. It will be the last though. They won’t refund for what they missed either.

Came at 1pm on Sat January 13. The store was closed despite the website saying it was open. The lights were on and employees were inside, but the door was locked. Tried tapping on the windows to get their attention to see if they were planning on reopening. They looked at us and then ignored us. Not the end of the world, but extremely rude and massively inconvenient with two toddlers in tow.

Not one of my favorite 16 handles locations. They have all the flavors but it is always a bit dirty. I feel like it's hard to keep these places clean! The yogurt is great though and staff are really kind!A bit overpriced but that's NYC

I came in at 9:21pm on a Saturday November 11.I was not allowed to try any of the flavors. The workers looked miserable they were not friendly. They gave me an ugly look and took spoon in a bad unprofessional way out of my hand the dark skin girl that work there. The ice cream is not that bad is frozen yogurt but the environment and the workers could have a better attitude since I am paying for the service. It was our first time here I stay professional about the whole situation but these workers have to go. Thank you ?

I was shocked today when I was told my small cup of froyo with sprinkles was $19. Beware!

I see a lot of complaints about the cost, but if you frequent frozen yogurt place’s it a standard price in my opinion. Just don’t go crazy on filling up the cups. This place was clean and had a good assortment of options in my opinion. My only complaint was the fruit didn’t seem to fresh but we came at the end of the day.

I visited this frozen yogurt shop recently and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the bill – $19 for a single cup of frozen yogurt! The pricing here is absolutely outrageous, and it's clear they are trying to take advantage of their customers. The quality of the frozen yogurt wasn't anything exceptional either. I won't be returning to this place, and I strongly advise others to steer clear unless you want to empty your wallet for a mediocre dessert.

As long as you like froyo, it is great froyo

I’ve gone to other locations in Manhattan but never this one. I’ve had great experiences elsewhere but this location is definitely over priced. I always pay around the same amount at other locations but they charged me almost $3 more. I was also not allowed to use the tester cups myself and had to get an employee to do it for me.

95 cents an ounce for runny wannabe Pinkberry :(. Such a bummer.

Be careful – this place is outrageously overpriced. It should be impossible for a single cup of ice cream in their smaller sized cup to be $18 each, but it was.
