I only come here when I’m absolutely starving and have no other choice. The food is overpriced for what it is—bland, uninspired, and lacking any real flavor. The portions are small, and for the price, I expect at least some seasoning. The only reason this place gets two stars instead of one is because it exists when I need it. But if I ever have another option, I’ll take it in a heartbeat.
Also, it really depends on who serves you, but they will OVERCHARGE you, especially in the evening. I noticed it's always a man who raises the price a few dollars.

I just ordered a grill chicken Caesar wrap and was given something else which was trash. I also order curly fries which were trash. I mean each fry was beyond crispy. It’s truly sad, I use to go to this place a lot and I’m not quite sure what happened. Disappointed customer. Smh $18 down the drain.

3 in 1 has been my local deli for the last 9 years. What a friendly, warm environment! This deli caters to all of the Maimonides hospital staff due to it's location, and they sure know how to put a smile on our faces in the midst of a hectic work day. Jorge makes my food every time I'm there. He has become a dear friend. I am moving next month and one of the things I will miss most is 3 in 1. Highly recommend the hot food section for chicken, rice & veggies!

Anything you order here is freshly made, super delicious food I'm in this restaurant every day even the coffee beans is grinded here and freshly made you can smell the coffee all the way out to the street
I ordered a chicken hamburger and coca cola. The chicken from the burger looked like it has been sitting out for some time now, and when I went in there to ask for a burger, a worker looked at me dead in the eyes and just pointed to another worker.

This store does not serve Halal meat. Once I asked the store person who was incharge on that day about the halal chicken he said “yes this is halal chicken”. He was lying because that store was not halal certified. please if you do not serve halal food do not tell your customers that you do. Please thanks

Brooklyn is a terrible place it is not like to movies it is so feral.
My wife was sick in the hospital across the street. She placed an order for me to pick up. Got there, gave them her name and the details of her order. They refused to give me the order. Said I need my hospitalized wife to confirm it's ok. So basically she needs to crawl out of the MRI machine to confirm her order. . .The order was just a coffee and roll. . . . .outa control!!! Discrimination much!??? Lol

I wanna write a bad review and have my reasons to take down this place . This was a few days ago, not today just to let you know. Here's what happened : So basically, me and my mom were hungry so we decided to eat at 3 in 1 kitchen, as we were looking for something to eat, a guy.. I don't know if he's the owner or something either way. He was on the phone doing something like calling someone, while he was on the call my mom wanted a salad and she told the man that she wanted the salad ,( by the way she doesn't speak English that well ) when she asked him it was after he was done with his call he had to make, I noticed that he wasn't even paying attention to my mom and he wasn't even on call or doing anything! He was acting as if we weren't there! He finally noticed us after I said hello with a tone. My mom then told him that she wanted the salad again. He started to try to speak Spanish since she sounded as if she didn't speak it well, and then I understood that he was trying to help her with ordering her food. ( That was a mistake ) Later she ate her food and when I was gonna get a drink for her and me as I overheard a conversation with the same man with the men at the grill that were making a sandwich, they were making fun of my mom's Spanish and how she sounded so stupid . I was furious but didn't say anything, I told my mom and she just said to ignore it but I couldn't. Than when I payed for the drink ( the drink was $2.50 ) that man at the cashier had the balls of charging me $4.50 instead!! And I know he saw my shirt on the Mexican flag and I bet that's why he charged me an extra $2.00 . This store is absolutely disgusting and harsh, I don't understand how people can eat here. The whole store is filled with racism. That white lady is also very racist.
