***RACIST ACTIONS*** on this trip I entered the store and stood in front of the sandwich table to place an order..to my immediate left was a Caucasian male to my right was another Caucasian male while I, an African American male, was waiting my turn...a male from being the counter, who later identified himself as the manager ( who I found is the owner) asked the first man if he needed help. The gentleman told him no. He then proceeded to walk pass me and ask the other gentleman to my right if he needed help...feeling slated I informed that I was next...he told one of the other gentleman behind the counter...he was now busy and instructed them to help me....I voiced my issue with him regarding his actions ...I was offered a half of an apology with an excuse that I called next. 10 outta 10 will not recommend.

The place is good but they have a tendency to always mess up your order you always have to go back and forth to get your order right. The Spanish guy always talks back like he is always right, what happened to customer satisfaction… Real attitude problem always thinks they are right. Order fixed but always waste of time. Gave them a couple tries bc of the convenience next to the hospital but definitely not a returning customer.

I only come here when I’m absolutely starving and have no other choice. The food is overpriced for what it is—bland, uninspired, and lacking any real flavor. The portions are small, and for the price, I expect at least some seasoning. The only reason this place gets two stars instead of one is because it exists when I need it. But if I ever have another option, I’ll take it in a heartbeat.
Also, it really depends on who serves you, but they will OVERCHARGE you, especially in the evening. I noticed it's always a man who raises the price a few dollars.

I just ordered a grill chicken Caesar wrap and was given something else which was trash. I also order curly fries which were trash. I mean each fry was beyond crispy. It’s truly sad, I use to go to this place a lot and I’m not quite sure what happened. Disappointed customer. Smh $18 down the drain.
3 in 1 has been my local deli for the last 9 years. What a friendly, warm environment! This deli caters to all of the Maimonides hospital staff due to it's location, and they sure know how to put a smile on our faces in the midst of a hectic work day. Jorge makes my food every time I'm there. He has become a dear friend. I am moving next month and one of the things I will miss most is 3 in 1. Highly recommend the hot food section for chicken, rice & veggies!

I bought a chicken wrap, the chicken was not fresh and it tasted like old and reused oil, I couldn't finish it…
Anything you order here is freshly made, super delicious food I'm in this restaurant every day even the coffee beans is grinded here and freshly made you can smell the coffee all the way out to the street
I ordered a chicken hamburger and coca cola. The chicken from the burger looked like it has been sitting out for some time now, and when I went in there to ask for a burger, a worker looked at me dead in the eyes and just pointed to another worker.
