First time actually dining in here — I usually just UberEats their addicting soup dumplings — but this weekend’s whole meal was fresh and delicious.

Ordered take out on Uber Eats from here. It was my first time ever having “3 Times” and certainly won’t be my last. Was craving soup dumplings at around 10:30pm and they were still open!! Their dumplings were amazing, and the chili oil dumplings were delicious too in addition to the Char Siu fried rice. My taste buds were explosive afterwards lol

the service is consistently attentive and warm, which makes the experience feel really welcoming. the food is genuinely delicious. the 口水鸡 (mouthwatering chicken) is a must silky, spicy, perfectly seasoned. the scallion beef was another standout: tender, flavorful, and so satisfying. the ambiance is cute. spent about $30 and left full + happy

The Asian girl in the front with the bold head is very rude. The way she speaks to guests and delivery drivers is disrespectful. Someone should teach her manners.

We were craving dim sum and took the risk to grab it in the Williamsburg area vs China town.
3 Times was a pleasant surprise. We walked away satisfied, full, and overall happy customers.
Hit Makers: - Fried Rice (Hong Kong Style!!) - the crispy bits and sausage was delicious - Sautéed Eggplant - plentiful and flavorful. Paired well with the Fried Rice - Crab meat and roe soup dumplings - steaming and had a good amount of soup filing
Service was quick and friendly.
We can comfortably come back whenever we’re craving dim sum again.
