Extremely disappointed. I ordered from here on UberEats, but my most recent order had a cockroach in the food. Finding that in my meal was incredibly upsetting. I won’t be ordering again and want to warn others to be cautious.

Ordered delivery and the restaurant packaged the containers on their side, in a bag. When the food was delivered, everything had spilled out and mixed together. When I called, they took zero responsibility and blamed the delivery person. Clearly someone packaged everything in a haphazard way. There was almost no way the food wouldn't spill. I don't know what upsets me more, 60.00 on food we can't enjoy or the utter lack of responsibility and accountability from this place.

Went last night, what a fun and underrated restaurant with a full bar too! True hidden gem in Williamsburg. Food was excellent - loved the soup dumplings, scallion pancakes, and egg and shrimp!

Ordered take out on Uber Eats from here. It was my first time ever having “3 Times” and certainly won’t be my last. Was craving soup dumplings at around 10:30pm and they were still open!! Their dumplings were amazing, and the chili oil dumplings were delicious too in addition to the Char Siu fried rice. My taste buds were explosive afterwards lol
The dumplings were amazing as was our funny, attentive server, TJ. Would definitely recommend!

the service is consistently attentive and warm, which makes the experience feel really welcoming. the food is genuinely delicious. the 口水鸡 (mouthwatering chicken) is a must silky, spicy, perfectly seasoned. the scallion beef was another standout: tender, flavorful, and so satisfying. the ambiance is cute. spent about $30 and left full + happy
