We used to order from 3 Times on a weekly basis until they double-charged me for a food delivery and then fought to reverse the money back to them. One of their staff had even called to confirm it was an accidental glitch and said it would be removed, but any attempts thereafter to get in touch with a manager (by phone, email, or in-person) were completely ignored. Very shady behavior, this place is not to be trusted.

Not sure why but the always have one rude person in the front when I say rude I mean the TONE in which you speak to people , when ordering on Uber or door dash THEY GIVE ONE SAUCE FOR TWO ORDERS OF SOUP DUMPLINGS ONE SAUCE FOR 12 dumplings ? IM NOT SURE WHY THEY ACT SO CHEAP WHEN THEIR FOOD PRICES SIGNAL OTHER WISE . Please stop treating your customers with cheap care you already have ridiculous prices for food that sometimes doesn’t come with a side just have some more mental ability to understand a customer .
I got takeout from here. The Kung Pao Chicken was so greasy it gave me a stomach ache and I had to take pepto bismol lol. I took one bite of the ribs and pork buns before tossing them out. The fried rice basically had no meat, but it’s rice so I guess hard to mess that up. I’m afraid this place is just not worth your time. I don’t know where all these 5 star reviews come from, maybe people who dined in? I picked up around 8 on a Thursday it was empty though.

I absolutely love this place. One of the best Chinese spots in the city right now. It's everything you wished Chinese takeout was and rarely ever is. Everything I've had from this place has been phenomenal. Cannot say enough good things about this place.

Didn’t realize this place is primarily takeout. Our party of 6 were the only ones eating in the restaurant, which has a full bar and some ambiance. The food was delicious, most notably the shrimp pan seared dumplings, the cha siu buns, the Shanghai noodles, the scallion beef, and the shredded chicken with garlic. Actually everything was delicious though I wasn’t a fan of the overly greasy scallion pancake. Our server was very nice. Great meal.
