The lady behind the counter is so sweet and kind. She packed the food nicely, gave salsa without being asked, and utensils + napkins as well. One block away from the train station, so if you are in need of Tex-Mex, grab it to go and you have a home-cooked meal without lifting a finger. A lot of take-out orders and deliveries as well. Not much seating, and hole-in-the-wall, but it's cheap and filling, and healthier than a pizza joint.
