From start to finish, planning a birthday party for 45 here was straightforward, friendly, and low stress. Dana and her team were professional, but personal and always responsive with a smile. The venue has a lovely, warm, eclectic vibe that requires little extra decoration, which made planning the whole thing even easier. The layout was perfect for the flow of the party. The quality of the food/drinks and service were fabulous (appetizers through dessert) and the servings were plentiful. I used several of the vendors recommended by Dana for balloons, flowers and the DJ. Every one was easy to work with, delivered as promised, and were familiar with the venue, so that I did not have to worry about coordinating anything! My guests and I had a marvelous, memorable, super fun evening (we could have danced the whole night away!); everything went very smoothly. I would throw another party there, no question!

I’ve been here to hang out with friends at the bar and I also hosted a party for 40 people here. For both I had an amazing time! The drinks, the staff, the food, the event organizer Dana—everyone and everything was excellent! For our party we got sooo many compliments on the food and the atmosphere. And Dana was so great working with us to organize the event within our budget. The only bad part about it is that the party is over! Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I was concerned about the space comfortably fitting all of our guests, and boy was my anxiety put to rest. The way Dana arranged the space was brilliant and left more than enough room for dancing, dining and mingling. The entire staff was kind, professional and helpful. Guests are still raving about the delicious food and cocktails. A guest who is sober was impressed with the non-alcoholic spirits and felt respected by the option to enjoy a fun, non-alcoholic cocktail. And Dana, a true girl’s girl, thoughtfully provided me with cloth napkins to fashion a bib to keep 390’s delicious bolognese sauce far, far away from my wedding dress.
390 Social is unique in its character and understated beauty, which allowed us the convenience to keep decor to a minimum. The space’s decor spoke for itself, especially the gorgeous live plant wall.
Having 390 Social as the backdrop for the most important day of our lives just feels right. We got to support a local business in our neighborhood that we love, we were treated with kindness and professionalism, and without exaggeration, it was nothing shy of perfect. We cannot recommend this space enough, whether for a weekend cocktail and bite to eat or a special event.

Had my 40th birthday celebration at 390 Social and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. My guests and I all had an amazing time. Dana, who was the main contact for setting up the event was so communicative and accommodating and answered any questions I had. During the night one of my guests asked if the Knicks game could be put on, and Dana and her staff actually climbed on a chair and helped with setting up the projector. They absolutely could have said no to this request, but you can tell they just wanted to make sure everyone was happy and having a good time. :) Already looking forward to setting up another event with them in the future.

We sat at the bar on a Tuesday for happy hour, 5-7pm. Highly recommend! $13 martinis, $12 specialty cocktails, and $10 glasses of wine. Ezekiel mixed us some fabulous cocktails and took great care of us. I recommend the matcha sour, so good! Some nibbles are on the HH menu as well for a reasonable price. The ambience is super cute + trendy and they were playing great music. Definitely a vibe, go check it out!

We hosted my mother's 100th birthday party at 390 Social. The space is beautiful, the staff was very kind and helpful and the food was delicious. I especially appreciated Dana's attentiveness to my mother and I. I had no prior experience in event planning, and Dana was reassuring and available. She has a good sense of food amounts which was a big concern of ours. My mother, who is sharp as a tack, in spite of being 100, does have some mobility limitations, and everyone was attentive and accommodating to her. The layout they created for the party fit our needs very well. In addition to all of this, the price for the party was very reasonable.

It was the perfect venue to host at, and it fit our semi-formal dress code perfectly with an upscale vibe.
