It smells pretty bad here, so I've never ordered any food. Half of their drinks in the cooler aren't really cold, and the coolers push warm air. Service is minimal. They're usually too preoccupied by their phones or friends to pay you much mind. And the prices are ok.. but could be better considering none of it goes back into the business..

They leave their old prices up then charge you whatever they're feeling at the time. It's no way to run a business. Unless it has a price tag on it, expect to have to haggle over your breakfast sandwich because the prices depend on who happens to be working that day.

Good food but the service at night is horrible. Too worried about talking whether to each other, on the phone or with customers. That’s when they become rude and don’t listen to what you ask for and do what they want. Do not come here late at night go 1 block up to Tompkins or Nostrand Deli..

Out of all the deli experiences in New York this will always be my favorite one to stop at. I used to come to this deli at all hours of the day and night to chat with the employees because they treat you like family here if you’re a local and they happen to serve the best bacon egg and cheeses and chicken tenders in Brooklyn hands down.I doubt I will ever find a better deli than 574 Marcy, it’s a place that will always remind me of home.
