Something must be going on in there because they have been closed since the beginning of Summer we are now in the end of the year and they're not open š¤š¤
The place is beautiful. The food lacked. They do not have a paper menu, so you have to either order online ( while your there) or try to retain what you want to ask for with the waiter. Not only did they not have alot of items on the menu but they did not even have icecream or dessert that is on the menu but never taken off. There was no finess in the sashimi it was cut into huge slices. The place was empty, yet the waiter never came back to ask us if we needed water or anything else. just to hurry up because the chef is leaving. worst sushi experiance ever.

Absolutely horrible food.We got all you can eat menu. And we ordered only special rolls. They were the worst rolls weāve ever had. They all tasted the same. Didnāt feel fresh and too much rice. We ordered spicy kani salads and it didnāt have any cucumbers at all, it was super dry.

I had an 8pm reservation, arrived at 8:23pm and the place closes at 10pm. Multiple tables were available, as the place was about 60% full. Upon walking in, we were told "take out only" at this time. We were told that the kitchen closes at 9. I don't believe the kitchen closes at 9. I think they're just trying to close early since the worker told me that he's the only server and theres only one chef working at this time. I'm still in the restaurant (sitting on the bench trying to figure out where to go next) and I overheard the same server tell a group that was already dining, that they can't put in any more orders. That was at about 8:36pm. About 1.5 hrs before closing and they were cut off?? It's not the workers fault that they're understaffed at this time, but the company gets a 1 star for these practices.

Came at 5pm and it's not open. As I read the reviews it's sounds like this place doesn't even exist.
Never been there because they seem to ignore people who got a promotion through Pulsd. Hate the fact that they are on it when they clearly do not care about these customers as well. Made a reservation days in beforehand and they said that they would confirm. (I made it well on time and chose an available timezone). They never got back at me through their messages and they never picked up the phone when I called. Instead, it sounded like they picked it up and hung up instantly. Terrible way of treating other people. If you make a reservation normal and not through Pulsd they might actually treat you like a human being. If you do not want to serve dinner for 39$, do not offer it on Pulsd. What a scam. In the process for getting a refund now and will never recommend this to other people on Pulsd.

We visited on a quiet weekday, so maybe that contributed, but we had no problems with service; the food came out quickly and everyone was polite. Aside from the uni, the fish quality was far higher than at any other AYCE location in the city. Although their ordering process isn't very complex, using Apple Pay will make it considerably faster.

stopped by with a friend for a late lunch. Although my ramen was really good, my friend's poke bowl took a very long time! It must have taken me close to thirty minutes to finish the ramen before it came out.

I went here on a first date. Thank goodness he was great company, or this would've been an overall horrible experience. Maybe money is low, and they're trying to cut back costs. Idk. I have never been so cold in a restaurant before. All patrons were eating with their coats on. There was only one waitor who was doing the job of 3 people (host, waitor, bartender and bus boy). This left us waiting much longer for service. We remained patient, only because we could see how hard he was trying. Then, because their actual bartender wasn't there, we weren't able to order cocktails. Only beer. Fine, I guess. The sushi rolls were slapped together. I really should have taken pictures. The saddest dragon roll ever made ? ?. The decor was cool, u guess. It's hard to appreciate when you're sitting there shivering.

Restaurantji Recommends
Made a reservation 3 days in advance and called ahead to confirm - which they did. Walked in the day of only to find the place completely empty and told it was closed! Poor service and lack of communication⦠would not recommend for anyone that likes to plan ahead.

Stopped by for lunch 30 minutes after opening hours on a Friday (11:30). Every door was locked, maybe they need to update their hours?

The server we had exhibited poor communication. Although he wore a mask ? we couldnāt understand him at all. Lastly, he charged us for sushi that we did not take out even though we came in for bottomless $39 day. Donāt waste your time here as the communication will be poor for a 30% gratuity. ?

Please for the love of God donāt eat here. Perhaps the worst restaurant Iāve ever been to. I know the idea of $40 for all you can eat is enticing but it doesnāt mean anything if you can only stomach one bite of each thing. You order food here using a QR code web service that charges you a service fee as if you were ordering from UberEats, which isnāt included if you just order through human waitstaff. Throughout our ordering experience we learned they were āout of stockā of all cocktails, most beer options, all desserts, and many menu items. As we were served we received multiple incomplete dishes because they were āout ofā certain ingredients for items we were allowed to order in the first place. I ate the worst ramen Iāve ever had (prepared and served concerningly fast), some mediocre gyoza, and sub-par sushi. The entire restaurant was served by a singular highly anxious, incompetent waiter who had the bearing of a man with a gun held against his head.Overall a bizarre, dissapointing experience.
