Jaycobs was so attentive and the team was fast with our order. Never leave reviews for fast food places but I was compelled too after the way I was taken care of. Jaycobs is a great employee.

Fantastic compact, cheesy, greasy burger with crispy fries. Hard to argue with the main product. And open late. Lovely.

It was okay....it was a small burger, think whopper junior size, minus the lettuce and tomato, you get non of that..... a small bun, a smashed patty, a sprinkle of onion, a pickle slice and some sauce...... the way the guy described and asked if I wanted all the topping I thought it was gonna be amazing, until I looked at it....I seriously thought he gave me the wrong order first and forgot my toppings. I didn't even realize they were on the burger.....atleast at 5 guys I get loads of toppings. The burger was greasy, just opening the wrapper my hands were greasy, the burger itself was okay tasting, nothing special...the one piece of pickle on my burger was delicious thou. As you walk in the music was rap music and of course the first thing you hear is cuss words.....service.....well he took my order...oh and beware if you pay with card, pay attention to the screen, they have the highest tip set as the first option, overall, I wanted to try this place, I did...will I return, not really.

Probably the worst location in NYC, the fries is cooked in bad oil and tastes terrible, the burger was ok though

Staff here is great, consistently good impossible burger - I like they have a tiny menu executed well.

Just wish the burgers were a bit bigger!

Jacob was amazing his customer service was excellent. On top of that, the store was very clean. He made sure everything was spotless for the next customers. Very pleased with my service as well as my food will always come back to the store as long as he is there. To top it of the playlist was great !! Thank you

This location is not up to par with the standards set in the West Village location and others that I've visited. The burger is always a soppy mess here at this location and the service is TERRIBLE. The employees blast the most uncomfortable uninviting gangster rap to the point you can't wait to get out the door when it's ready.

I'm sure working at such a small shop with such limited potential is miserable but they should hire burger enthusiasts to work here.

The fries are good though.

This place is in what I call burger alley, there is a Burger King and a Shake Shack within a block and next time I'd rather skip the Burger Alley and head for Panda Express, the height of the Orient.

Kid-friendliness: If you want your children to eat amongst a smattering of homeless immigrants or Venezuelan Uber Eats drivers shooting heroin into their toes. It's kid friendly.

Servings are small. I got the impossible burger. It was regular size bun was small and the toppings were put on sparingly.

The manager at night, jacob, does an incredible job at customer service! Considering the prices here (6.50 cheese burger) it is not that bad tastes good.

Jacob deserves a raise! What a pleasant person. Most of my 4 star rating is due to Jacob and the customer service i received.

Picture below is a double impossible burger which costs 11$

Food was delicious. Stands as a great late night option in the area. One interaction with the manager Jacobs and I could tell he cares about the business and his customers. Will go back.

Really friendly staff.
Burger tasted like a larger white castle slider. Had the same type of chopped onions.
Fries was standard and fresh,
