Jaycobs was so attentive and the team was fast with our order. Never leave reviews for fast food places but I was compelled too after the way I was taken care of. Jaycobs is a great employee.
It was okay....it was a small burger, think whopper junior size, minus the lettuce and tomato, you get non of that..... a small bun, a smashed patty, a sprinkle of onion, a pickle slice and some sauce...... the way the guy described and asked if I wanted all the topping I thought it was gonna be amazing, until I looked at it....I seriously thought he gave me the wrong order first and forgot my toppings. I didn't even realize they were on the burger.....atleast at 5 guys...
Jacob was amazing his customer service was excellent. On top of that, the store was very clean. He made sure everything was spotless for the next customers. Very pleased with my service as well as my food will always come back to the store as long as he is there. To top it of the playlist was great !! Thank you
