DO NOT GO My experience here was absolutely horrible ! This place was disgustingly dirty. I waked in the establishment already hearing complaints on how incompetent the server was. I wanted to give the place and the chance a worker so i ignored it but the customer wasn’t wrong. I ordered two burgers with fries as well as chicken tenders with fries and only the tenders came out with fries. The food was not worth the price AT ALL! very sloppy servings! and just disgusting.

First time here was cool. I got a smash burger with fries my baby had some tenders. The burger was good but I didn’t like the sauce. Everything else, no complaints👌🏽 tenders taste like my grand-momma made em loll😋. I love that they have the option to play games (sega system) while you wait for your order or while you eat. They also offer hot meals for ebt card holders. Overall worth a try.

Jeez, where do I even start about this place? 8-Bit Bites is probably the number one burger spot in New York City. I don't know who decided to start this concept that has become a very popular place, but I'm so grateful that this place exists because where else can you get, you know, just unhealthy food that we used to eat as kids and teenagers and even adults still. I'm still an adult kid, right? And be able to play retro video games. I mean, this is just heaven. If I could sleep here, I probably would. To go over the food, I would rate it 5 out of 5 only because of all the options that are available. Some of the french fries and tater tots can use a little bit more seasoning, but their seasoning is very delicious and it's not overpowering to the palate. It can also be a little pricey, so just make sure when you come here to eat that you're very hungry because you don't want to come and then you have food left over that you paid a lot of money for. There's a lot of video games here. They have all of the retro systems. I mean, even systems I never played as a kid, so there goes that. Overall, it was a great experience, at least at this location. I'm pretty sure the other ones are also just as well. The employees are all very nice. Usually the managers, especially the one that works here, is very professional. I always see him here. He's always providing advice on how to play the video games and how to work the systems. They provide seasoning here, printing services. You can order online. The delivery is usually really, really fast. Overall, it's just a super accommodating fast food joint. What can I say? It would take a lot for somebody or another chain to top what 8 Bit Bites has done, so I hope they continue to expand.
They make really great burgers and wings but my favorite menu item is the cereal sundae. Cookie crisp in ice cream form is spectacular. All the food is halal and they take EBT. Also they give out food to the homeless on occasions. Love this place!
I am soo happy to not only be a New Yorker but to have discover this place .. food is surprisingly fresh for a video joint and it’s soo Nostalgic

Nelson is for sure amazing a cashier and a service men. He was kind and genuine, the food is halal and tastes amazing and I'm thankful for the experience for sure.
My family and I attended the one on Bedford with our sons and NOT ONE game was working!!. Very disappointing because the boys were looking forward to that!. The food was amazing, I had the Impossible Smashburger and it was delicious 😋

Ah 8-bit bites. One of the foremost horseman of the indulgent midnight burger and 1kcal dessert. While the food is excellent, especially the Beyond Burger and their sauces (try the Gochujang or JJANG sauce), I cannot recommend the actual dine-in experience.
Especially late at night, the restaurant is packed with deliveristas coming in and out, with not enough staff to handle the volume. Expect long wait times to order and receive your food. Also, the game controllers are always covered in grease.

Great food ..fr fr ...killed it. .the boss burger with extra bacon no pickles...fire...the cheese frys ...a1...the funnel frys ...amazing ....great work..the corslaw in the burger surprise me but it defff goes together..the meat .super juice ..the secret sauce......🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
