I was trying to write it in English, but I ended up writing it this way.The waiting time after ordering was the longest ever. Obviously there are no customers in the store, but it takes at least 25-30 minutes (every time I come).After ordering, I bought something from another store, came back, and waited for another 20 minutes haha.I wanted to order it online, but it was more expensive than going to the store and ordering it, so I had to go there and order it.Because the waiting time is too long, there are more delivery orders than in-store orders. They called the driver and said they made everything, but after the delivery driver arrived, he waited another 10 to 15 minutes before finally receiving it and leaving.The speed of making it is comparable to that of slaughtering chicken, frying it, and baking bread on the spot.It's a mystery how they manage the store at this rate when they're dealing with only a small number of customers, and whether the staff is the problem or the system is a mess.This is not a fast food restaurant, but a slow food restaurant.It's expensive, but the taste is average. Mom's Touch is probably better. The price is much cheaper there.I don't normally write Google reviews, but I was so stumped that I came here.Even though the store is full of people waiting at McDonald's hottest time, they get their food faster than that store's speed.Don't waste your precious time... go if you have time. Really good burgers. Great wings. I just dont like the redmeat..and OH it takes SO LONG to get your order.. so order by phone much in advance.Its a new place tho so you can see the lack of experience but they make god burgers and chicken. The pop chicken is so tasty. And the wings are so small but delicious.One of my favs for a fast food chicken burger spot

This place is one of the gems of New York City, being also halal certified, I as a muslim feel more welcomed being in this state, the taste of the burger and wings are those of 5 star Michelin restaurants, thank you for the wonderful experience and I’ll be sure to come back.
