I wanted to try shack shack for a while .and got the opportunity one night after coming back from a day trip with my wife. We were hungry and got off on the Nostrand ave A train. We were excited about the prospect of fast service and good food. We were wrong on both accounts. We walked up to the counter and ordered burgers and fries 🍟 the basic. We waited and waited and waited! Hungry tired and now aggravated we were going to cancel the order at one point. Finally our order was ready after possibly an hour no joke ! When we got home which is only a few minutes walking distance the food was cold and the burger was so salty it was barely edible. And shake shack prices are not cheap. We should've waited and eaten at home. This shake shack has a delivery window outside where they do brisk business with orders and keeping the line between dining in and delivery.

So I gave the food a 3 stars because I'm just waiting here for my food. People have been waiting longer then me and I been here for 25 minutes now. They are more worried about getting out Togo orders then the people actually waiting here. They have the order screens to place an order but if you're paying cash you have to walk up to the cashier, no problem with that but there's no menu where they are so you better know what you want before you go up. Not a horrible place but definitely never coming back here. The women in the picture is very nice and is working very hard.

I ordered through ubereats I had to throw it out. It was soggy , the bread fell apart and the sauce I asked in my instructions was added with red peppers. Never again

Your location constantly forgets to put items in the bag especially drinks! It feels like you’re doing it on purpose to save money. One of your employees looks half asleep and doesn’t care at all. Management must fix this immediately! Other locations of this brand never act like this they pack everything properly. You’re cheating couriers and customers who bring you money. Shame on this kind of service!

Every shake shack I been to whether it be this location or the vast amounts in new york city areas, it has always been fantastic. Keep up your hard work and quality it's always amazing and makes us happy. Best combo to order is either a cheese burger or the chicken sandwich with fries.

Yeah, shake shack and that stye is the ultimate hamburger eating experience. They smashed the burgers cook them to the crust gets crispy. Put it on a brioche bun with special sauce, lettuce tomato mayo.and Boyaaaaaaa yeah hook you better get asked for a ride home

I ordered food on DoorDash and my driver had to wait 30 minutes I called the store twice and no answer I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with this store. I order here all the time no problem all of a sudden they wanna act clueless.
