I liked it here cuz the staves are so attentive to my BBQ stuff as they walk by . Every staff was so nice. The only downside was that if one person orders a hotpot, the other person orders a BBQ , they are not allowed to share food with each other
Vegetarian options: Not a lot of protein options. They have eggplants, potatoes, mushrooms, onions, corn, pumpkin, asparagus, sweet potatoes, broccoli , pineapples.

If I could not give a star, I would rather not give it a star. Who stipulates how many customers must be tipped before they can leave? You only provided food service from beginning to end and made us wait for half an hour before we could eat. So who gave you the right to ask for tips from guests? Are your services in place? Did I feel satisfied with the service? Don't force customers if you don't provide satisfactory service. This kind of store is very frustrating.

There are only 2 unknown and unpleasant drinks. I hope the drinks can include Coke, Jiaduobao and the like. Drinking more water will fill you up more easily and reduce costs, right?

Overall, me and friends really enjoyed the food here, everything was fresh and of the highest quality. However, once me and 4 others, all students mind you, received the bill, we tried to pay the normal amount including a decent tip. As someone who’s a waiter my entire life, I understand when you can’t tip and it’s totally fine by me. The issue here was they expected $30 from a $170 bill pushing the bill up to $200. I wouldn’t have minded pay this tip fee, however we had more than 3 SERVERS so it wasn’t clear who was getting said tip. Because of this, we only gave them $18 which still wasn’t enough. We anticipated the price being high but being greedy for a tip and not being direct on who’s getting it, THEN demanding we give a higher tip is just another prime example of poor customer service.

I recently was at your establishment. I found this gigantic piece of plastic in my hot pot, and when I told my server, their concern was non-existent, just asking me if I wanted another one.
This is a serious matter and feel like my concerns were not addressed during my eating time. See photo below. I attempted to email them and the email address they gave was no longer in use.

EDIT: this place has changed Management, where is the asian Brad Pitt host, the monkey mascot and the toy crane machines, and no wine?! And the free wheel machine that wins you food if you get the score. Now it's just a Buffett and an expensive one. Mind you the food was cold. They no longer greet you with the menu but give you a tablet to pick up what you want. Also atleeast 10 different people were touching my meat. I felt rushed and I know how I like my meat. For the price of 100 dollars for 2 people on a standard weekday afternoon this was a horrible experience than before. You can read my old review and it no longer applies.
OLD REVIEW: Great place to come with family and friends. My suggestion order what you will truly eat. Beware cholesterol and diabetes, this is a fun place indeed. Service was grand!

Always a great experience. I was alone and even though I was going to take a whole table just myself I was welcomed and well received. I was asked to share the table with another lonely wolf like me which I didn’t mind. I also had a great conversation. Food is always good and service always terrific. There’s a new buffet at the center of the place added after the renovations from which you can get more food for the same price. This place it is always a nice place to visit for dinner. Thimb up👍🏻

Today is a double meal. The waiter came to grill the barbecue. A lot of it was burnt. I couldn't eat the beef. The grill was too hard and not delicious. Overall, it was average.
