The meat was unlimited and high quality. Staff was very nice and price is very reasonable.

I think there are two main reasons why 99 is increasingly unable to retain Chinese customers. 1. The ingredients are not fresh at all and there are few options. I ordered shrimp and crab meat in the hot pot. They all tasted soft and soft and I spit them out immediately. I'm afraid that the small bowl containing the dipping sauce will be diluted after eating it when I go home. It's also oily and not very hygienic. 2. Let's talk about the service. Qitai should really retrain the service. There is no hot pot soup at all and it's all boiled dry. They would come over and ask if they needed more soup. The pile of garbage in the plates was as high as a mountain. They were walking around and they didn’t know if they really couldn’t see it or if they didn’t want to collect it. Isn’t it the most basic thing to change plates for guests? When I almost finished eating, they reluctantly gave me a different plate. I couldn't find anyone when I needed it. Anyway, it was pretty bad. I won't come here again?

My girl and I go to the spot when we want to eat up. The service is friendly and they make the food right. Lots of options and every time we go they are always updating.

It's too bad. The items are either not delivered or delivered incorrectly and are not fresh.

The food was quite fresh, except for the luncheon meat. The service was terrible. The pot was boiled dry and no soup was added. The food was served very slowly. Everything was finished and none of what I ordered was served.

One of my favorite hotpot places in NYC! One of my criteria for judging a hotpot place is their fish fillet. Some other places have fish fillet that’s super fishy, but this place has super tender and fresh fish. The prices and service were great!

There are a ton of other hot pot places in the area, but we keep coming back to this one. I come here often with one of my girlfriends since the service is consistently fast and the ingredient selection is pretty good.We usually get an assortment of meats, veggies, and a ton of fried tofu skin which is one of my faves. The star of the show here is the crab though. Somehow, some way, they always have crab with the most roe, so we easily go through a few orders. We haven't tried the Korean BBQ here yet, but I plan on it.Dinner ends with a free ice cream. I always try to protest this a bit, but I have a hard time turning away a sweet treat - even if I'm bursting at the seams. The restaurant is always packed, and they have separate rooms for larger groups.A clean space for the most part, although the sauce station is usually a hot mess. It could def use a bit more attention from the staff.

Price per $$ reasonable. All you can eat for 2 hours. Loved it. Friendly manager and staff. Vivi was our person to help us. Loved her in helping with the cooking and recommendations. Most desserts were sold out but if you go with the ice cream it's all you can eat with your meal. If you're a wine drinker reasonable price $10. We did for our party the $32.99 BBQ special. Delicious everything. When you go here go hungry. Try to car pool. Parking horrible but I got lucky. I love the singing when it's someone birthday. they get into character. Then in the end before you pay they let you play this quick game. More fun and challenging. If you stop it at exactly 9.99 your entire table is free except drinks. So fun.
