The bake & heron I ordered it was dry and crunchy. It’s supposed to be moist. Also this is not the best place to go to if you’re looking for delicious doubles. Very subpar. definitely not worth the price if you’re looking for authentic Trinidadian food look elsewhere. i’ve should’ve known if there’s no lines at lunchtime never go.

Made a takeout order for Shark and bake. Got to the car and opened the bag, and it wasn't what I ordered. Called to let them know they gave me the wrong items. They told me I ordered what she put in the bag and I told them I know what I ordered. Anyway they were persistent in telling me what I said. I hung up the phone and said I would not be back.

I use to like this place but seem they fell off a bit hoping it was just a bad day. The doubles were kind a dry. I also don’t understand why they mark the doubles with a marker as the ink goes through the paper and onto the double. It doesn’t make sense

I just drove from the other side of Brooklyn, I had it once and it was good, however today I went there ordered a bake and saltfish with Chana, since that was left. They overcharged me and the food was cold! I spoke to the manager and she was very unprofessional she did not apologize or try to make anything right. She said thank you for telling her how to run her business. I understand why Ali's down the block is always pack. I'm supporting this business again.
