My family and I have been purchasing breakfast from this coffee shop for years. It’s truly a staple in the community. We love the breakfast platters and our son loves the egg and cheese on a toasted roll. Always hits the spot.

I was really hungry. So decided to go to A&C Coffee Shop to buy breakfast. As I walked in I was not greeted. Not a good morning,not a how you doing today,may I take your order. All I got was a grim look. So in response I gave back a grim look. I'm a customer about to spend my hard earned money,what happened to "Service with a Smile."As I looked over the food displayed in front of me,trying to decide what I wanted to eat. The server gave me no assistance.After I finally picked out the food I wanted to eat. She dishes the food out onto my tray. When she finished I said "Thank you", she says nothing but cold silence.At that moment,the way she made me feel. I did not want to come back to this establishment ever again. "People will always remember the way you make them feel". Good Customer Service means repeat business,New Customers. Bad Customer Service means same old regulars,old money and no Growth in your business. It will I hurt your cash flow.After she finished with my order she puts my food in a bag,gave me my order and took my credit card. She swipes my card for me and she gives it back with no Receipt. She says nothing,not a word,only silence.But I noticed the guys that were there in the restaurant were greeted with a "Goodmorning and how you doing"and they joked around a bit. They were regulars.I am a new customer that was at your establishment twice and got the same bad experience. Every customer deserve Good Customer Service. The employees need to be retrained. If you're a person that likesGood Customer Service. Do Not Come Here!

Missunderstood 02

I like this place but I have to lower my rating due to the guy who cooks the food. I specifically asked him to cook my eggs hard and yet there is still yolk coming out of them. My salami seems like he just threw it on the grill for a few seconds and put it in the pan to be done with it. I find him rude and unmannerly. Your cook needs to start listening to what people request rather than serving them what he wants. He needs to do better starting with the way he treats the customers.
