Foods ok but the 1 guy who works in there all day is very lazy. Doesn’t let anyone use the bathroom. Doesn’t even give napkins. Didn’t even close my pizza box.

Was very good in the 1980's. Been thru at least a few different owners. Never changed the name. 18th Ave used to be fun shopping... with the fish shop next to the butcher shop next to the Sicilian bakery next to the great toy store (joy world). The chocolate store across from the subway. The Italian record store....Richelieu diner, castle clothes etcNow mostly dollar and cellular stores. Glad j&v is still there

I called the place. The person who answered sounded like he is EATING. The problem is not the lack of professionalism, is the fact that I couldn't communicate with him. Please, respectfully let someone else answer the phone. How are supposed to support small business if we don't understand each other? I ordered from Dominos.
The place keeps the other two famous pizzeria nearby less competition and more pricey, that's about it.

I usually never write reviews, especially not a bad one. But mann, this pizza right here was the worst I ever had, no exaggeration.. They gave me a burnt pizza & the two guys had an attitude the whole time.. Negative -5 Stars

Want the best pizza in Brooklyn? This has the perfect amount of cheese, sauce and crisp that makes one want to only go here. Can't go wrong with plain cheese and my go to is always spinach and mushrooms. Thanks for never disappointing!
bad idea
I went to get penne alla vodka- the smell was repulsive and the taste was disgusting. I took one bite then threw it away. Waste of $12. The pizza looked unappetizing as well, but I didn’t taste it. I recommend rather starve than go somewhere like here.Would rate 0/5 if I could
