Katzs in Manhattan is hands down the best. This is the second time I went to the brooklyn spot and both times it's incredibly bad. The corned beef once again salty, dry and cut WRONG and was tough. Mac salad tasted old and acidity. Pickle soft! Katzs do better that location needs some major training. Like I said no one can beat your Manhattan location. Night and day.

The place is suppose to be one of the places in NY to eat if you’re ever visiting however I would be wary of what to expect. The sandwich was rather expensive and despite it being so pricey, the meat slices were all so fatty it was basically inedible to eat. I heard as well that if you don’t tip the meat cutter, you would be getting an unfavorable cut of the meat. Furthermore, the ordering process was rather horrendous, there was no line and people just jumbling up together trying to place an order for an extremely mediocre sandwich. I would never come here again or recommend to any NY visitors

I love Katz’ deli in Manhattan and thought I would try this since I was in Brooklyn. Ordered delivery. Mean was very dry and not flavorful. Will not go to this location again.

Why does half a bowl of chicken soup need to be $10

We hit up Katz’s Deli, and the sandwich? Fire. The guy making it was super cool and did a great job. But the people at the register? Not so much.

I had already tipped the guy who made my sandwich, but honestly, in the U.S., they’re always doing the most when it comes to tips. Like, you barely do anything and still expect 20% for some half-hearted service.

That being said, the pastrami sandwich was insane—definitely worth trying. Yeah, it’s $30, but it’s huge, so splitting it between two people works perfectly.

tried the pastrami on rye, and it was really good flavorful and perfectly seasoned. However, the corned beef was disappointing. It didn’t have much flavor and was tougher than I expected. I’d definitely go back for the pastrami, but I wouldn’t recommend the corned beef

I was at the Brooklyn mall, had the pastrami, it was hand carved uneven, the pastrami was under cooked, very disappointing experience

Terrible service, great pastrami sandwich. I’ve haven’t been around nyc for 20 years. My dad use to bring home pastrami sandwich every week before the social media days. This is not the original location, however the sandwich is also good.

Just another meat sandwich. Nothing special about it, hype from TikTok made it seem like the Pastrami sandwich was gold. It was mid.
