Excellent but no one wants to eat fresh bread in the middle of the evening quite frankly. They open at 4pm and it’s nice to grab a little snack but as far as a fresh loaf of bread, I’d prefer to get that elsewhere and in **the morning. Having lived overseas, I feel like this is the norm for most people including France (where the best bread is from!). I really wish they would expand their hours.
I’ve been searching everywhere for a true San Francisco–style sourdough, and today I finally found it at the Domino Park Greenmarket — a perfect sourdough boule! The flavor is wonderfully tangy, deeply sour in the best way, and the texture is just incredible. I couldn’t be happier — it’s hands down the best sourdough I’ve had in a long time.

Make the trek; buy an unreasonable amount; slice and freeze what you won’t finish in a few days. But please save a Living Bread for me, they sell out quickly.
