I popped in with my frimd for his birthday after having a few drinks somewhere else. I wanted to grab a few more, play games, and get him a dessert. We approached the bar but the bartender directed us to the kiosk to order. We ordered and found a game to play while we waited (it was tucked in a corner). There were only 3 other people in the room playing something else. The bartender brought out the brownie with ice cream We ordered but just left it on a random table without calling out or looking for us. It was goopy mess when we got it and the brownie was stale with melted ice cream. The guy didn't apologize or anything. He just shrugged and played a game by himself.

I’m in Nostalgia paradise! My friend took my here a while back and I was in complete video game heaven. They have many drinks and very tasty wings, burgers etc. I highly recommend if you need a day of straight relaxation if you’re in the Williamsburg area; this is your stop! They even have a 101 oz infinity drink tower if you’re up for the challenge.

Truthfully THE place to go with your homies. They have everything from Mario kart to MLB 2K 2013. Quite honestly, the selection of games is overwhelming in the best way possible.
Just the ultimate place to go if you don’t know what you’re doing. Blaine is the homie.

This place is mostly disappointing. It’s way too cramped and I only went with a party of 3. The machines that were available didn’t work. When I asked for some help, it took 15 minutes for someone to attend to the machine and when they reset it, they never actually checked to see if it turned back on. They want it to be self serve but with controllers scatter all over the place and unlabeled, it’s really hard to do so. The other clientele also dampened the experience. A single party was taking up seating in other tables by leaving their things there. It was difficult to get comfortable.
The food was mostly good at least. Nachos weren’t good, but my chicken sandwich and my friends burger was good. I liked the milkshakes as well.
I wanted to enjoy this place, but unfortunately I won’t be back.
UPDATE: This is to reply to the owner. Reading the instructions didn’t help with “no signal”. The computer was off. If the instructions said I could flip open the cabinet and hit the power button myself I would have handled it myself. There weren’t any PS2 controllers next to the PS2, just a PS3 controller that wasn’t connecting to anything. The only other controllers nearby were the Switch controllers on the bar and a plethora of 3rd party controllers. To be constructive, maybe have a proper place next to the consoles for the customer's to put the controllers away when they’re done? That would be easier for customers and surely for management too. I understand things were busy and that staffing was low but why does someone in the kitchen need to come out to help with the machines? That’s a problem. I understand you were busy and stressed, and that’s fair considering everything you were doing but that’s still going to affect people’s experience.

Haven't been here in years and I don't think I will again. My burger was sent twice because the first time it was just BURNT. I MEAN my cheese was black! Then the second time he forgot the bacon and sauce. Fries came out cold and when I spoke to him about it, instead of making new fries, he told me he would throw them in the Microwave (i don't even use microwaves at home dude!). Then to top it off, he gave attitude! I'll spend my money else where.

Very argumentative worker/ owner after expressing a missing food item the worker proceeded to show random food videos off his phone and not even apologies for any inconvenience no substitutions or solutions to the inconvenience me and my group expressed .. good place just don’t get on his bad side ..

I pulled up, leveled up, and ordered the Nacho Burger… bruh. That joint was fire 🔥🔥🔥. Crunchy nacho chips, melty cheese, seasoned beef stacked like a boss fight—every bite felt like unlocking a hidden weapon. I swear I heard a Final Fantasy victory theme after the last bite.
Food was awesome. Needed a little more sauce but omg it was so yummy. My favorite part of the night? Tres leches shake - worth every sip.

Around 11:45 I placed a last min order thru Uber Eats. It looked like I would be picking it up b/n 12:30-1:00am (just as SAB was closing @1). When I arrived at 12:45; they had no idea what I was talking about. There were 2 staff cleaning up and shutting everything down. I pulled out my phone to show them the order and lo and behold it was for the following day. Now it’s nearly 1am and I know there’s nowhere else to grab food on our drive home, but before either my husband or I could say another word, the owner and the cook were offering to make our order on the spot. We protested- it was way too late and they were 100% faultless as far as the botched order- but they insisted. NOT ONLY did they stay super late to make our food, but it was DELICIOUS! I had a veggie burger, which was similar to a classic VB from a diner, where the peas and other veggies are visible but it held together perfectly (unlike many similar burgers). My husband got their S.A.B. Combo and they even made him sweet potato fries at that late hour- he loved the burger and I can attest to the fries being fantastic.
I couldn’t believe that after a long night of hard work, these people went out of their way to accommodate us. Not only was the food great but the service so far exceeded my expectations. I can’t remember the last time anyone in the service industry was so kind- especially at closing time! BIG THANKS to the staff at Super Action Burger! If you haven’t already, be sure to check them out!
