The ambience was beautiful, and the staff was kind. However, I was ultimately disappointed with both the service and the food. As someone who works in the service industry, I expected more attention to detail.
The food itself was decent but nothing remarkable. The pizza was delicious, the wings were just okay, and the oysters were disappointing. They weren’t properly shucked, so we had to remove shell fragments ourselves, and the ice had completely melted by the time they arrived. For our entrées, we ordered the bolognese and the lasagna. The lasagna was flavorful but slightly overcooked, and while the bolognese was good, it lacked depth of flavor.
What stood out most was the service. Although our server did check in and asked how the food was, the lack of awareness made the experience uncomfortable. We ordered three appetizers and two entrées, yet were seated at a very small table. Finished plates weren’t cleared before new dishes arrived, leaving us with no room and creating an unprofessional, crowded dining experience.
Overall, it’s a beautiful restaurant with friendly staff, but the lack of attention to detail made the experience underwhelming.

They’re obviously not a fan of a table for one I walked in, they said they’re fully booked and the bar was first come first serve and the front bar was completely full and I stood there for 10 minutes and I noticed a table for two available and I asked and they said sorry now so I kept standing there and finally, I said again something because there was no bar seats. They let me know there was a bar in the back. I’m not sure why they didn’t say that in the beginning. Making me feel like they’re not a fan of a party for one. Once I found myself in the bar in the back with nobody sat I waited a while for the bartender since she was didn’t have it he patrons she wasn’t looking for me. Once I had her attention, she was great. The food was good. I just disappointed in the hostess eagerness to create business for the restaurant totally great for the restaurant if they’re doing that good but I just don’t understand why I would need to be feel like they didn’t want me. Has I tipped the bartenders 25% per their time.

Service was excellent and our waitress was very hospitable. The food was stellar. I had a perfectly prepared steak and pasta penne vodka. The environment was very well done and created a great ambiance.

Service was great, the restaurant itself looks really nice. The food however was mid. Do not order the fries.

I'd like to give a shout out to our server, Korena, for outstanding, attentive service. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at the Ainslie today, including the additional attention we received from the awesome manager, GiGi. Thank you for a great experience!!

Been going here for almost 8 years now. It never disappoints. Sunlight meets architecture birthing a biophilic experience 💆♀️🤗🥂🍻🥗🌯🌿🍃

We have eaten here twice. First time in the restaurant and two year later take out.
Our food arrived with a literal metal rod shaped like a nail that we pulled out of the meatballs. It was absolutely disgusting.
We were told they would refund us our meal and provide a gift certificate for the future.
They never did any of these things. I followed up 2 or 3 times and was told each time it would happen and it just never did.
This place seems nice but clearly the kitchen is not clean or safe and they don’t care.
Never eat here.

We were there for a wedding brunch with a pre set menu and drinks.
Food was fresh and delicious.
We opted more for lemonade than the bottomless alcoholic pitchers.
It was cute, quaint.
Lots of levels. Lots of visual interest.
Gender neutral bathrooms in a very cute basement.
The restaurant was quite busy and loud(I wish I had earphones) but it didn't seem overly crowded, which is nice.

The food is so good, the place is beautiful but the music is just egregious and incoherent. Why am I enjoying a penne allá vodka by candlelight to the soundtrack of timber by kesha … why are we playing starships by Nicki minaj… great place but change the dj expeditiously

Can someone explain why the regular menu offers 8 wings for $18, but during happy hour, it's 4 wings for $9? That’s not a deal — it’s just the same price cut in half. Calling it “happy hour” feels more like manipulation than a discount.
