We have eaten here twice. First time in the restaurant and two year later take out.
Our food arrived with a literal metal rod shaped like a nail that we pulled out of the meatballs. It was absolutely disgusting.
We were told they would refund us our meal and provide a gift certificate for the future.
They never did any of these things. I followed up 2 or 3 times and was told each time it would happen and it just never did.
This place seems nice but clearly the kitchen is not clean or safe and they don’t care.
Never eat here.

We were there for a wedding brunch with a pre set menu and drinks.
Food was fresh and delicious.
We opted more for lemonade than the bottomless alcoholic pitchers.
It was cute, quaint.
Lots of levels. Lots of visual interest.
Gender neutral bathrooms in a very cute basement.
The restaurant was quite busy and loud(I wish I had earphones) but it didn't seem overly crowded, which is nice.

The food is so good, the place is beautiful but the music is just egregious and incoherent. Why am I enjoying a penne allá vodka by candlelight to the soundtrack of timber by kesha … why are we playing starships by Nicki minaj… great place but change the dj expeditiously

Can someone explain why the regular menu offers 8 wings for $18, but during happy hour, it's 4 wings for $9? That’s not a deal — it’s just the same price cut in half. Calling it “happy hour” feels more like manipulation than a discount.

Had a great group dinner here. We did the set family style menu and were all so impressed with the quality and portion size. Plus the spot is just beautiful. We’ll be back :)

I have never left a low review on any place but this food was just so horrible I had to come on here and say something. I was in the mood for Cacio e Pepe w/ burrata and this place came up highly rated. I ordered via UberEats w/ priority and the food came hot. However, I must say it was the worst pasta I’ve ever eaten. It tasted like they threw an excessive amount of pepper on the pasta with little to no sauce, the burrata was just a sheet of white - all clumped together (zero separation). It was just not good. I can’t even eat the rest of it. While the other food may be good according to reviews this specific pasta was 0 out of 10.

I went to Ainsle to have brunch with friends, but they were doing bottomless, and even though I’ve been sober for 2 years, I was told I had to pay $42 for the bottomless package as well, so $42 for some French toast and orange juice (they couldn’t even let me get non-alc beer or mocktails in the package instead). I can’t believe a well-known spot like Ainslie can’t accommodate better for those who don’t drink, I had to pay separately for the non alc beer on top of the $42
I attended a TikTok Creator event at the Ainslie. I strongly recommend this restaurant it’s a 10/10

They have a lot of food options, however food isn't seasoned & cab ve very greasy. When they're busy the quality of food & service decreases. Beautiful atmosphere with plenty of cute spots for photo opps when having a celebration. I would suggest making a reservation.

A nice time was had by all. We got in just before happy hour finished and enjoyed some great bites and drinks getting ready for our 4th of July festivities. There's so much character in this renovated brick manufacturing building with soaring ceilings and sky lights. We shared dishes tapas style, but you can order entrees individually too. A short walk from our hotel closer to the east river with easy accesability. As tourists with a local family member picking our dining locations, we were grateful that this was on the list of meal stops. There's a large back room bar mirroring the front space that's ideal for private events such as rehearsal dinners or corporate gatherings.
