Don’t bother coming here if you have a group, they will force you to pick from a pre set menu and tell you it’s $40 per person which is a lie, it ends up being closer to $60 per person not including anything to drink. The food was mid at best and service was a mess, unorganized, poor communication and not worth anyone’s money.

The food is alright. We came here for brunch and tried the pizza, pasta, Caesar salad, rice balls and marinara and nothing was amazing.
But the cocktails were amazing. Good musing, good ambiance and great service.

If you’re expecting good food, I would maybe recommend somewhere else. My sister and I were craving pasta with vodka sauce and the pasta was basically barilla pasta with a regular pomodoro sauce that I easily could’ve make (better) at home. Service was inattentive but it was a Saturday night. This place is large and can accommodate big groups but feels like it’s mainly for tourists. Feels like a suburban chain restaurant rather than a restaurant in NYC

They don’t add any salt in their food? Tasted so bland and meat was overcooked

Gabriel served us and he was very kind. We appreciated his hospitality and the food was GREAT. Pizza was to die for and the Aracini really satisfied… I particularly love the Nora Egyptian spice beer… thanks a bunch Gabriel for the recommendations

Highly recommend to visit! The atmosphere, food, and service were nice. I had a meetball for happyhour price and it was incredibly good. Also had vongole, some special ink pasta with calamari, and the italian lager. Really satisfied overall :)

We had our wedding brunch at the Ainslie this September. I can't say enough good things about the restaurant, the staff, and the food. Everyone we dealt with leading up to the event and on the day was super supportive and eager to please. We had 100 guests in the backroom and it did not feel crowded at all. The weather made it nice enough to open the retractable roof and the food and drink flowed. Everything was well done and without any stress. I want to also shout out the management too as the front of the house was packed and yet our party seemed to be 100% of their focus!!! Running a large restaurant and event venue is not easy but clearly they have the staff and organization they need to give everyone the experience they want when dining out or hosting a special event. Everyone of my guests feedback was positive as well and we can't wait to go back and have brunch again.

The place it’s beautiful. But the management it’s terrible! Micah he should be fired he is the must rudest person ever! My friend and I went there to have some girls time and we ended up having a bad experience, the food was really good, but 30 min for a salad a think it’s too much! The manager Micah he should have more patience with guest because we come to have fun and not a stressful experience. We ask him why the salad took so long and he’s answer was I don’t work in the kitchen but I will go there and ask the chef!! This is not how to talk to any guest!! I’m not a complainer but if the doesn’t like he’s job he should go!
