Shoutout to Niya for holding down the entire second floor on her own. She made sure we had all of our bottomless drinks and anticipated our orders, while making sure all other tables were ok. Awesome experience I’m always happy comig to Ainsle for brunch.

Unclear role of staff. Who is server? Beautiful dining room. Fire oven so flatbread was great. Linguini and white claims was undercooked and sauce lacked flavor other than red pepper flakes. Chef and manager should taste this entree. I am sure it will be better next time based on this feedback!

Went for brunch and the music was 10/10. Had such a good time, enjoyed the spike tea and most definitely recommend the French toast.
Sat down at the bar, and we were served by Jose. He was very attentive and fast with our food and bottomless drinks even though the bar was packed. Will be coming back!

I had reservations for 4:30pm for 8ppl and 1 child. They called me 3:45pm while driving to the restaurant to tell me the kitchen will be closed until 5:30pm so we couldn’t order any food. I spoke to the manger Michael he said we could order drinks and get apps. We get there on-time at 4:30pm and they sat us. No one came to our table until 5pm no drinks, no app. Then the apps didn’t come until 5:30pm. We spent over $900 that night including tip to sit and wait for and hour to get food. Then had to wait for 20mins to get our bill and boxes. Our waitress changed like 4 times in that one night. I only gave 3 stars because the ambiance was nice and it was my kids birthday. Oh we had to order from the family menu, it was a lot of food but not enough steak for 8ppl and they charged extra for it. I will not be returning or recommending this restaurant to any of my friends or family.Dietary restrictions: Son has a dairy allergy they didn’t know which item had dairy or not. First they said the Fusilli bolognese had dairy we were ordering from the family menu. We decided to do a la carte for him then they came back and said it didn’t have dairy. But he already wanted the burger. So they brought him two dishes that we had to pay for. Smh

We were seated outside because we didn’t have a reservation (not a problem) But even though we notified the server we wanted the bottomless brunch, in the hour and half allotted we only received 2 drinks each. I would come back but only with a reservation to make sure I have a table inside where I can experience their service properly.

I would definitely go back and try other options at a different time because our waitress was rushing us but I think she was new because she couldn’t tell us the best recommendations for dishes or what was in the dishes
