A great place for brunch.
I have been a number of times.
It's a little noisy.
I need to bring back the little donuts that they used to have for dessert.

A very unpleasant experience. We ordered a glass of wine and within 5 minutes the waitress returned to take our order. When we said we weren’t quite ready she didn’t leave to return later but instead stood by the table pressuring us to finish browsing the menu ; it was very off putting. When we said we’d be a minute & would let her know, she informed us that the restaurant has a 90 minute seating limit, as they are very busy. Throughout our meal she was curt and rude. Then before we had even finished our dishes she returned to offer us our check. She entirely ruined our dinner. Hopefully it was just this one waitress who was unbearable and not a trend with the entire staff! I ordered the oxtail ravioli, which was delicious. So that was good. My friend was disappointed with her dish, so she was overall unhappy. I don’t enjoy having to down my wine and rush through my meal, so I am not inspired to return.

Went January 11th, 2026. Excellent food with above and beyond service. Reminiscent of family meals with my grandparents. The best definition of family/neighborhood Italian

The portion sizes are absolutely ridiculous, especially considering the price! It's absolutely not worth the money.

Aita is exactly what you want in a neighborhood Italian restaurant. The food is incredible, the service is top notch and the atmosphere is intimate and beautiful. They have bar seating and table seating. We used to order the oxtail ravioli for delivery and finally came to the actual restaurant- so worth it!! The bread basket with olives was so good- a super chewy and yummy sourdough with a light and fluffy seasoned focaccia. The burrata had tons of amazing flavors all combining to be such a delicious bite. The oxtail ravioli was perfection as always: it literally melts in your mouth (get the fresh parmesan shredded on it table side, it really takes it up a notch!). The tiramisu was classic and lovely with a great cup of espresso to end the evening. We couldn’t have had better service and we can’t wait to come back!

Pancakes at brunch were FANTASTIC
Unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant. The food was very mediocre and overpriced. Some pasta dishes had no flavor and others were simply not as described. oxtail ravioli that was supposed to come in brown butter sauce came in a soupy red sauce- not sure why they would mislabel?
Additionally, the server was either unwilling or unable to answer simple questions about whether an ingredient was fresh or jarred- did not offer to check either. Lastly, drinks that were ordered did not arrive until our entrees were served (a simple glass of wine) and the olives that were supposed to come with the bread were not served together and we had to ask about them. Maybe it was a bad night but I won’t be back. Onto the next!

We had good service and it’s a cute enough space, but the food isn’t that great, especially for the price and quality of similar items restaurants nearby. The brunch menu is limited and uninteresting. A beans and sausage dish was especially weak. Wouldn’t recommend.

Every dish was so disappointing and mediocre. But what made this a 1 star was the oxtail ravioli that’s described as being made with a brown butter sauce. It tasted and looked like a tomato based chef boyardee! We’ve both had several brown butter dishes before and this is not it. What made this so frustrating was the waitress with good intention gaslighting us that it was brown butter, when it definitely was not. Won’t be back.

A cute corner location that is always busy. Good food, slow yet friendly service and tight spaces. Reasonably priced. Recommend making a reservation ahead of time.

I hate doing this but it's really bad food. Even the salad is not good. We tried the steak tartare and the mushroom starter we just left both almost untouched.. Complete waste of money. Too bad because service is lovely and the place is nice... We will not come back.

Went for a brunch with a group. Tbh, I normally find brunch to be a waste, but Id go back to Aita without hesitation. Enjoyed the salmon hash and pancakes, as well as their spritz and vermut offerings. Hoping to return for happy hour soon.
