Terrible experience at Alsham. The service was slow and careless, the food was low quality, and the prices were way too high for what they served. On top of that, they only accept cash no cards. Not worth the money or the hassle. Definitely won’t be coming back.

The experience was bad and will not be repeated. The staff are extremely careless and unprofessional, especially the short guy who cuts the shawarma, he was very mocking and disrespectful. The cashier lady was also not very welcoming to customers. The food is extremely overpriced, and they embarrass customers by only accepting cash without informing them beforehand when dining in.
To be fair, the food itself was good. And I must also point out that there are two hijabi girls who are truly wonderful and offer a very warm and welcoming service.🤍
Shawarma was so dry, cooked with disdain for your clients. I assume you taste the food so you know it’s bad. Apparently it used to be very good and something happened to make it go downhill. All of the recent bad reviews attest to this fact. Be honest and explain. It’s disrespectful to charge so much money for bad food.

Incredibly disappointing meal. Half of our parties food came out at completely different times. Shawarma was dry and tasteless, the worst I have ever had. My friend’s falafel after waiting a long time, also was uninspired. Shocking given this places reputation in the past. Staff seemed generally unenthused and the vibe was very off. At the end of it all they add a service charge which one has to wonder why that is... Hope they can turn it around.

Unfortunately this time I went to order I had to wait for almost 10 minutes in order to order. I was looking around I see one of the staff smoking a cigarette in the back??. They are serving food. I will not go back there again. Slow service and now I am smelling cigarette as I was waiting to order.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. After we finished our meal, we were informed that only cash was accepted, which felt like a cheap tactic to make money. They did have an ATM on site, but it felt like an inconvenience. It's unfortunate, as I believe the owner of this restaurant will soon regret these poor business practices. I won't be returning and would advise others to be cautious as well.
