I recently visited this place and the food was great. However, when we received the check, I noticed a service charge was already added. When I asked if a tip was included, the server said no, so we left an additional 20% tip.
Today, I ordered pick-up and faced the same issue, with a 11.65% service charge and a $1.16 operating fee added. I find this excessive, especially for takeout orders. In my opinion, they should not charge these fees for pick-up. I recommend being cautious when dining here due to these unexpected charges.
