food was beyond incredible, the staff were kind, and there was an unfortunate AI video on the TV that killed the mood a little. Use of AI is a big L in my humble opinion. Still recommend the place because the food is to die for. Got the goat roti and it was unbelievably tender. The music playing in the shop was great too.

This business is terrible. The cashier with the glasses was really rude. On top of that this restaurant is cash only. Third world service with a third world mentality. I’ll never shop here again. Plus the music was playing so load that you can’t hear anything the staff that works there is saying.

No place to sit — just a take out place but so delicious! I got the veggie roti and it was a lot of food and filling but not heavy. Want to come back to try the doubles!

MY HEART BELONGS TO ALIS. Still 20 years later, their Roti HITS. The tamarind sauce is TO DIE FOR! The goat and beef roti IS LIFE. They are the best ROTI SPOT IN THE WORLD 🌎, yes the WORLD, HANDS DOWN! And this is coming from a FOODIE WHO EXPLORES different RESTAURANTS DAILY. You have my heart Alis💕

There’s a tall man there most time he’s so unprofessional. He should stay in the back of the store . He doesn’t know how to speaks to people. Your store will lose business because of him . The African Caribbean lady and other staff are so much more professional and welcoming. . This is a business place value the customers.

The roti was horrible!! It was leathery, no peas, funny taste to it. Unfortunately, both my husband and I had to dump most of it. Sad, because we travelled all the way from another state to get roti in Brooklyn. What a disappointment.

I never saw doubles bara, that looked like flying saucers. Save yourself a trip and just go to long lines and horrible customer service at that other horrible Trincity place.
When will Trini truly represent our excellent food and culture.
You have all these Guyanase spots stepping up and representing.
BTW, I'm only giving this review 2 stars because an AppleJ saved the day.

almost didn’t try this the service after reading a particularly harsh review, but I’m so glad I trusted my instincts instead. That negative review claimed that the lady in pink with blond hair “the customer service was terrible” but my experience was the complete opposite.
From the start, everything was handled professionally. The service from that very said lady exceeded expectations in quality.
It’s important to remember that one negative experience doesn’t define a whole company suspect that review was based on a one-off issue, because what I received was thoughtful, well-made, and clearly created with care.
Don’t let a single negative comment sway your opinion—this service which I received is absolutely worth trying for yourself
That “lady” customer service is what every business place need….

The lady with the pink top and blonde hair on Saturday 05/17 was unnecessarily rude and impatient. The attitude was entirely not needed. Other than great food. Just fix the attitude
