Align Coffee/Crepe Master

Stopped by to get breakfast crepes, she services was passive aggressive, but the SADDEST part is the servers started talking bad about me and my food order in Japanese ( guess they thought I couldn’t understand?) which was super off putting and unprofessional.

The crepes were mild, dry for a lox wrap. Coffee was also really sour, even though I asked the staff if they can sweeten it a bit.

It is a cozy little coffee shop but you will be amazed that their food and coffee are extraordinary. I ordered a strawberry and banana crepe as the friendly staff suggested. Wow! It is so so delicious with fresh strawberry and banana , it is not very sweet just right for breakfast. Latte is good .
There is only 3 seats inside , it would be better if the shop can put couple more chairs / bench for customers to sit down in a cold day. Anyway, I highly recommended this coffee shop especially if you are a crepe lover.😊

Update: A couple years later they’re still the best, and been enjoying their various sweet and savory crepes as well!

You know it’s good when you immediately go for seconds. Harajuku BAT and BEC were both delicious. The crepe itself is super tasty, with a hint of sweetness. Coffee was also great.
Small and cozy inside with only three stool for seating, but there’s some seating outside as well.

Cute corner cafe. Great service, great coffee. The smell of pancake hits you nicely as you come in. There is very limited seating, so plan to grab and go.

Waited more than 10 minutes in the line. When it was our turn the person taking the order told us that they're short staffed and they have big orders so it will take at least 20 minutes.

This could and should be communicated while the people are waiting in the line.

I understand you can be short staffed, but that is not an excuse to be disrespectful of your customers' time.

This is one of, if not the most, quality coffee shops in the NYC. The drip and cold brew are high quality and consistently well brewed. Same goes for their espresso. This place is run by real baristas who know what they’re doing. Very few shops in the city maintain the standards they do here.

The staff is as friendly as they are skilled and the crepes are amazing too!

Food and coffee was good. They were really accommodating to us despite us having a large order with a toddler running around. I know it’s a lot for others but they were so respectful and understanding
