owner and staff are incredibly friendly and truly care about the community. the BEC on a biscuit was so good and the sauce they use on it is amazing.

Sandwiches and drip coffee are always excellent every time I’ve visited. Their was one young man who’s name I don’t recall that gave some of the best & most genuine customer service I’ve ever seen.

This is arguably the best coffee shop in the neighborhood. Great baristas, coffee, food and atmosphere. Thank you for keeping me caffeinated for the past few years.

What a wonderful place! The staff was so fun and the atmosphere extremely warm and inviting. The cappuccino was foamy and so smooth. They were even nice to my service pup and had no issues with us inside. Seems like the perfect place to be a regular. Will be back 110% also the in house baked goods where 🤌<3

Weekend breakfast sandwich on a gluten free scone was YUM!!!! Thick bacon. A delicious caramelized sauce. Big big egg. Hugely messy lol but delightful. My friend & I split it, I enjoyed the portion size of the half! Tbh gluten free scone didn’t even taste GF in the sandwich.
Cute little spot too and friendly staff ❤️

Great great grand breakfast sandwich. And they have a gluten free biscuit, which makes the perfect base for a gluten free breakfast sandwich !!
I think the breakfast sandwich is only available weekends.
Super nice people.
Sandwich was greasy but not too greasy. They cook the bacon in honey which makes it SO yummy. They use Canadian bacon which is such a fun surprise and so delish.
A small area to sit.
Will be returning 100%

It's a nice place to go near the water.
Very relaxing, bring your own food or they got some places there where you can buy some, but very relaxing. Could even have a little picnic. They got benches and chairs. It's a great place. I remember this place when I was growing up. It was nothing but dirt and grass back in the 70s and look at it. Now it's still got the old train tracks cuz. They used to park all the work trains there. When it came from the boat.
But it's a big change and very relaxing. And for people like me, that grew up in this neighborhood and know the story about this place is very good.
I wish I had photos from back then. In the days, but nobody knew this was gonna turn out to be this way.
And there was also an old choochu train parked by the front.Just sitting there, they should have left it as a museum and just locked it down.So nobody will mess with it.But overall place look really nice
Very very nice
Amazing service, friendly staff and great tasting coffee (not pictured).

The staff here are always super friendly, no matter what time of day you stop by, which definitely adds to the experience. However, it is on the pricier side compared to other local coffee spots like Variety. I paid $18 for a bacon (Canadian ham), egg, and cheese on focaccia. It was tasty, but honestly, not quite worth the price. The space is very small and can be uncomfortable waiting for food/drinks when there is more than three people inside.
