Maria here my experience at Alligator about 3 weeks ago was the worse I've been here many times for trivia for bingo as I've had in the past and the black pizza guy can't remember his name but he has piercings ever time I been there he would have you wait about 30 minutes once you ask for a pizza with toppings and i understand working in a bar can be stressful but having a bad attitude ever shift is unacceptable I've spoken to security they directed me to Dylan, then Dylan says he'll speak to Lisa and Lisa does nothing this man is costing you all business and I will no longer be coming to alligator lounge he also throws your pizza at you

The bartender lied to me by saying it’s only 1 pizza per person instead of 1 pizza for drink and refused to give me multiple pizza tickets. Hate not tipping but she stole a pizza from me. Pizza was surprisingly very good tho

Came with a friend as the bar offer a good deal. Beer and pizza only $7. Spend around $50. I tipped at the end but my friend paid by card.
The service was great but at the end my friend tip on card was zero as I was going to pay cash. She was pissed and shocked them at we didn't tip her on her every drink.. others all tipped at the end. I'm sure it was just a misunderstanding that we tipped via cash.
This is one of the most homophobic places I have ever been too. The amount of dirty looks or refusal of service or giving free drinks to Everyone EXCEPT us is so discriminating. We are very obviously apart of the LGBTQ+ community and the treatment here is so unfair. Do not recommend coming here if you are apart of the community.

Great little establishment, great atmosphere and ambience. I like especially that when you get a drink you get a ticket for a personal pizza. Which tasted great. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family, and will definitely be visiting there more often.

I was told I couldn’t get a pepperoni pizza because the person making it doesn’t eat pork, that I would have to wait to be served last if I did. Staff was overly aggressive about it when I went to make a complaint.

I visited this lounge on a rainy, chilly Sunday evening with someone to spend some time together. I didn’t expect it to be crowded, but to my surprise the place was full and lively. It was noisy, as lounges usually are, but not so loud that we couldn’t have a conversation — just the right amount of energy so it didn’t feel dull.
We started with drinks. He ordered a glass of Guinness, and I chose one of their cocktails — something with rum and a citrusy twist. I don’t remember the exact name, but it was surprisingly good. I’m not a big drinker, so I tend to prefer cocktails where the flavor is elevated and not dominated by alcohol, and this one was perfect.
The best part — and a pleasant surprise — was that with every drink you buy, you get a ticket for a free personal pizza. They had a proper Italian-style oven in the back, and they were making fresh, individual cheese pizzas. The one we got was hot, simple, and delicious. I was hungry, so we finished it quickly — so quickly that I even forgot to take a picture!
The lounge also seemed to have pool tables and other things to enjoy if you’re hanging out with friends. The bartender was friendly, the atmosphere was upbeat, and overall we had a really nice time.
